For the most part is was OK. There was a slight lack of communication. Website said it would ship Wednesday. Later was told it would be Friday. Actually shipped on Thursday, but received NO email regarding item shipped. Paid for overnight but it wasn't delivered till Monday.

My suggestion on jewelry, is to list all the pertinent details to help the buyer make an informed decision. Because my chain is longer than anticipated, I will have to have it shortened.
