We ordered the earrings on a Sunday, a holiday and we were still able to chat with someone from SJ who gave us a better deal for these great earrings. I wasn't sent the $20 gift card for signing up for text and emails but was told I would receive it the next business day. After emailing for awhile with an associate I was able to speak with a manager who applied the $20 credit back to my account right away. I love that SJ will work with the customer on prices and explaining/confirming the accuracy of what you are ordering. It was confirmed to me on the Sunday chat that these were indeed colorless and a definite upgrade from the pair of 1/2 carat studs I had ordered in 2017. Also, that I would receive the certification card with my order. Everything was exactly as described. I do wish that the one noticeable fleck of carbon (not noticeable on the earth) would not have been right at the surface BUT the price and sparkling beauty of these diamonds makes up for that along with the fast response and great communication makes up for that.

I was just looking for something Aquamarine (be it a ring or earrings), and I found a beautiful ring and I found a pair of beautiful diamond earrings!

I would not spend hard earned $ on such poor quality. These are cloudy with no shimmer, no sparkle, nothing. I can't believe you would send such crap.

Their pictures and descriptions are accurate, and I like that they have all of the information on each piece in the listing. I've had to talk to customer service once before in a previous purchase, and they could not have been more helpful. The best part is that the price is great!

I waited all my life to have real diamond studs and these 2 pair were a gift from my son for Mother's day, (tomorrow). I am requesting a refund.
