In spite of COVID-19, a refund was issued!

With all the companies trying to force you to accept vouchers instead of refunds, it was refreshing to be able to communicate with Suntransfers.com that although I am sympathetic to the state of the economy, I needed a refund for the transportation plans that I had to cancel because of COVID-19. I received a full refund and would not hesitate to book with them again. The integrity of such companies is important and will only encourage customers to come back instead of vowing to never use a company again. I appreciate Suntransfers.com and would certainly book with them again when circumstances allow.
