I tried to return boots that I wore for a day and were not waterproof as advertised, they said that I couldn't, the website claims: "We think you'll agree that SunnySports has the best return policy in the industry." that is a lie. Don't buy here.

This company sent me a defective product, promised me an exchange and then UPS lost my return. They essentially told me it was my problem and I'm now out the money I spent on a defective product. UPS customer service wasn't any better. Don't use their drop-boxes... you don't have any proof you dropped off the package. Worst customer service I've ever experienced and clearly they do NOT "value their customers". Do not trust these people.

I ordered a Thermarest Xlite pad in a size regular/wide as a Christmas gift. On Christmas they opened the pad and found a used size small pad with the old style valve. Rather then send me the proper mat and honor the price they refunded my money. They claimed all of their stock was like this, yet the size regular/wide is still for sale on their site.
They screwed up Christmas and left me embarrassed for giving a used pad in the wrong size as a gift.

I had no choice but to leave 1 star so i could leave a review. They canceled my sale price order after sending me a ups tracking!
