This company sent me a defective product, promised me an exchange and then UPS lost my return. They essentially told me it was my problem and I'm now out the money I spent on a defective product. UPS customer service wasn't any better. Don't use their drop-boxes... you don't have any proof you dropped off the package. Worst customer service I've ever experienced and clearly they do NOT "value their customers". Do not trust these people.
