Sun & Ski

Purchased a pair of skis for my wife for Christmas but she did not like them.
So returned them un opened at the cost of $88.00 my cost through FedEx.

I bought a pair of expensive tennis shoes from Sun and ski online I had no choice of how it would be sent their choice was FedEx the FedEx driver could not find the box that he had in his hand on a Sunday so

I think Sun and ski suck they do not stand behind their product and they aid and a bed to FedEx thieves I was delivered a coloring book instead of my shoes they could care less it's not their problem they said

Wrong socks sent. They asked for proof of wrong order, Cant send photos, big scam. Do not order here

I placed my order twice, both times it was cancelled. The charge for the second order is still pending on my account.

I ordered and item and it went through and then they cancelled it, do no order from them. I would suggest going with another company

Sun and Ski had the only pair left of the shoes I wanted in the right color and size - and they were on sale to boot. I normally check Site Jabber before ordering anything from a seller I've never ordered from before, but because I wanted these shoes so badly, I took a chance, understanding I was taking a risk. After placing my order, I came here and to another review site to read the reviews, which were mixed - reinforcing the risk I was taking. The day after I placed the order, I received an email saying it had shipped. I was able to track the package, which arrived in perfect condition on the expected date. The shoes were exactly as ordered - no problems at all. 100% satisfied with my transaction and would recommend shopping here.

I visited the store during the off season for ski gear. I was surprised at the selection still available and I found a pair of gloves that were a perfect fit that were priced below what I could find online. I plan to go back when I have more time to explore the good deals on ski pants and roadbikes. Their bike tech was most knowledgeable. Sun and Ski, for me, is an extremely dangerous store... too many adult playthings.

Sun and ski sports is a great store that sells sporting goods. I gave the website 4/5 stars because sometimes the website runs slow when I'm searching for items. I love the wesite because I find great deals on brands like: Under Armour, Spyder, North Face, Moving Comfort and more. Compared to REI and $#*!'s sporting goods, I find a larger selection of sporting apparel at Sun and Ski. For equipment, I think it depends on the location.

First off, Sun & Ski website is the cheapest price for this Series 3 Sports Tube that I've found to date. Excellent Price. Second, I received it promptly, and it fits ALL of my spearfishing gear, wetsuit, float, floatline, bathing suits, etc. I was so tired of packing stuff in my soft case snowboard bag. Lastly, I had a minor return of one of the accessories, and Jon P. Was an exceptional rep that helped me out quickly and easily. I am a huge fan of Sun & Ski now and will continue to set business their way (4 of my spearfishing friends bought the Series 3 after I told them about Sun & Ski)

I saw reviews for Sun & Ski and it's disappointing when customers frustrated by something outside of a retailers control inflict their wrath with poor reviews about sock quality, UPS delivery, and other things that no retailer could control. I'm very glad I looked passed the star rating to give them a shot, partly influenced by my local store who I visited twice before buying online (PS - Liz in the ski department is an ALL STAR).

I purchased skis from Sun & Ski online not carried in my local store: Nordica Enforcer 94 / 186 cm. I made the purchase 2-days ago, at a KILLER price with two discounts, and the item showed up today. Amazing! My local store is now mounting the skis with bindings bought elsewhere (needed a 16+ DIN) and also helping with a Salomon S/Pro 130 HV boot customization for a small service charge.

My experience with Sun & Ski as an etailer was absolutely fantastic, but when you add the ability to engage with knowledgable staff at my local store -- who all LOVE the sports they serve -- this is an absolutely world-class merchant.

I hope people look past the star ratings, read the reviews that "make sense" and give Sun & Ski their business. The world needs firms like them more than ever and I couldn't be happier with my experience here in Texas. I bet that if you're a weekend warrior athlete like me, you'll love them too!
