The only reason I'm not giving this 5 stars is that they don't have a complete list of all their fragrances on their website, which is super frustrating, but if you're looking for something in particular, they're usually good about getting back to you with an answer. The customer service has always been great and the Egyptian Musk is amazing. I like some of their other stuff, too - especially the ivory soap type. Always a good experience with this seller.

Sun and Ski had the only pair left of the shoes I wanted in the right color and size - and they were on sale to boot. I normally check Site Jabber before ordering anything from a seller I've never ordered from before, but because I wanted these shoes so badly, I took a chance, understanding I was taking a risk. After placing my order, I came here and to another review site to read the reviews, which were mixed - reinforcing the risk I was taking. The day after I placed the order, I received an email saying it had shipped. I was able to track the package, which arrived in perfect condition on the expected date. The shoes were exactly as ordered - no problems at all. 100% satisfied with my transaction and would recommend shopping here.

In order to get a response from this company, I had to send three emails, a voice mail (they don't have a customer service line) and finally registered a formal complaint through PayPal. Even then it took them two days to contact me. Over three weeks had passed and I had not received my item or a shipping notice or even an email explaining the problem (whatever it was). By the time it got to PayPal, I just requested a refund. I truly believe, however, that they would not have contacted me at all, let alone issue a refund, without getting PayPal involved. This was the most negative online transaction I've ever had. DO NOT BUY FROM JOLLY MOLLY'S.
