As others have said expect nothing but the worst pieces of clothing. Material, style size and colour all fake. When you eventually make contact they will try to offer you more free vouchers. When they eventually ask you to return them for refund and be prepared to lose more money on return postage as you will NEVER receive a refund because your parcel will never reach them.
I ordered goods from viviansue on 29th December and received all goods on16th January at my home address. All was fine. One item was out of stuck, but here they offered me refund or choice of other item.

My order SV******* was placed on Dic 30th 2018 and I have not received anything as of July 5th.
They only write emails telling me to "have patience"
There is no way to ask for a refund. They do not answer the phone.

I've order 3 items for 150$ But they only deliver 2 items for less than 100$ and never send the third one, the most expensive. Do not order from them. Poor quality and the size are not correct
What I ordered looks nothing like what I received. It's the wrong color, material and looks like a cheap costume. It's so bad it's almost comical. This site is an absolute scam.
This site is a 100% scam. I opened Trust Pilot and you should probably ask what did I see? Oh, I will tell you immediately. 58 reviews, none of which are more than 1 star! And 1 star is the minimum a review can get! You could clearly make up what I am trying to say. I opened their website, checked at the top, and again - "FREE SHIPPING OVER 59$!" it said. How amazing! Isn't that what I saw on ALL of the other scam websites? Yes, indeed! When I scrolled down a bit I saw yet again - the same mistake they did, that revealed who they truly are - THE PRICES ARE ALWAYS CUT IN HALF, SOMETIMES MORE THAN HALF. This is clearly the most obvious thing, that told me the site is fake. Most of the people on Trust Pilot are complaining about very small sizes of the clothes they ordered, also - some did not even receive an item at all. Other people's review is about the bad quality of the clothes, how the materials are so poor and the images have nothing to do with the real product. And so on, and so forth. If you order from here, most probably you will get scammed and you won't receive anything. But if you do receive the thing you have ordered, it will be NOTHING like the picture you saw online. Avoid this website at all costs. It is yet another scam method.
I placed a order with Vivman. My experience was not the best. I placed my order on August 24th 2021. I did not receive the order until September 15th 2021. I did speak with someone from the company on September 7th in regards to shipping update. The very next day I was contacted via email. That the order was shipped and given screen shots of the shipment.
In my overall opinion and experience. I was not satisfied with the shipping times. In fairness I did speak with a representative who explained that I was within thier normal processing times and shipping times. Throughout speaking with Vivman representative our exchange was via email and I would only receive a email response next day.
Upon receiving the product the color was not the same as the photo. The image in the photo was more mustard color. The product i received was brighter yellow. The product was marketed as cause discounted a little greater the 50% off.
The product I received the material was cloth based material. The details was different from the photo. In the picture on Vivman website I zipper shows to be covered with a circlur zipper. The product I received was a exposed standard zipper. On Vivman website the product received 21 reviews with all being very positive 4 stars per thier website. My personal overall opinion based on shipping times, communication, product received vs product on website. I would give this a overall 2 stars.
I'm waiting 12 months for my refund for an item that never arrived. Lies in emails. Took my hard earned money.
