I placed an order on November 13th and still haven't received the delivery. They said one item was out of stock and shipped it in early December. In the meantime, I moved and asked several times to update my address through chat, but they gave me the original address and I received the item. I don't know how many times I have order from this website but it's legit and trustworthy. Love it and affordable price! I will always come back to repurchase them skincare products. Ordered on October 30th, I still have not received goods. Checked order status on their website and it showed none was prepared. They took the money but never bothered to do anything. Sounded like a scam to me.
I made an order over a month ago and it's STILL processing. I don't mind the month long shipping wait but a month long process time is extreme. My other order I made after has shipped already. And when I email them no one responds.

I placed two separate orders. They took forever to ship even though the items were in stock. The first order finally arrived almost a month after ordering. The second order showed delivered to a random town in a completely different state. I reached out to customer service who asked me to fill out a form and provide a copy of photo id. Being located in the US I have never been asked for photo identification when a package was clearly delivered to the wrong address (wrong state even). When I asked for additional information about how that information was used (I have privacy and identity theft concerns) I was ignored. So I followed up a couple more times asking for additional info with no response. Finally after my third email I get a generic response telling me the same thing, fill out a form and provide photo ID... again no explanation how my information is being used or given to. If I received a reasonable explanation as to why they need that info it would be one thing, but to ignore the question altogether just seems completely shady to me. So my money is now lost unless I want to gamble on giving them more of my personal information with no explanation. I would caution anyone from buying from this company, there are comparable online retailers that have better customer service. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Never buy from this site. Order been placed for two weeks and they never sent out the goods even the items I bought was shown as in stocks and shipped within 24 hours. Been email them every single day for two weeks to chase them for the tracking number, never reply. I ended up have to calling the credit card company myself to cancel the transaction! Placed my order on 9/26/2023. They didn't provide any updates (e.g. Tracking number or possible delay) other than the order confirmation email. They didn't respond to my emails or the opened case on PayPal. I also regretted using PayPal for the checkout because the refund process was long and inconvenient.

When buying on their page it is written that delivery is 5-7 days. The package arrived two months later. I didn't need it anymore, I wanted to get my money back, but I kept getting answers that it would be delivered in 5 days. Very dissatisfied, I waited two months for the goods, but I received them.
