Awful service

An associate named crystal was really unwelcoming. She had this look in her face like get in her and leave. After my sister purchased she kept insisting her to buy a perfume. She kept showing all the smells. I am never going to that Store again.

Ive been ordering clothes off their website for a few years, since i discovered the store in Florida in 2011. This particular time i had ordered pants that ended up being too big, so i sent them back, not realizing they were final sale. I got an email to call by a certain day or they would be discarded. Fast forward two weeks later - i've called over 100 times, been put to voicemail every time. Left a number of messages and sent out multiple emails and have heard absolutely ZERO back. So now not only did i lose the pants, my money, but also the money i spent to send them back. So extremely disappointed by the terrible customer service, i'll never shop here again

Worst customer service ever

Jackie so called manager from the Merced, Ca local mall needs to be fired... She does not know the meaning of true customer service! Hopefully someone in this company takes these reviews seriously! If there was a zero in the review box I would have chosen that because she is not even worth a 1

Provided inadequate to misleading info r/t product (heating pads from Alljoy) which then sticks customer with return costs. Attempts to reach anyone at Styles through form completely inadequate since form doesn't accept comments (and doesn't say why).

I found this site kind of randomly and was a little skeptical at first... The low prices made me think it was either a scam or just really low quality clothing, but I checked out some reviews and decided to give them a try anyways. I selected mostly workout clothes; a few pairs of yoga pants, yoga shorts, a black hooded jacket, etc. A couple sweaters as well. It cost only $30 (with a 15% off code) and shipped just a few days later. (I avoided anything denim or with a zipper, because I still wasn't sure about the quality and didn't want to deal with things not fitting right.) My order arrived on time, and everything was exactly as expected! The clothes fit great in a small (I'm 5'6,120lbs for reference) and were made of decent quality. One of the sweaters was a little see-through, but you could see in the picture when I ordered it that that was a possibility. I've already placed a second order, which should be here tomorrow, and I can't wait. Very glad I gave this website a chance!

Styles for less return policy sucks big time! 25% re-stocking fee, No refunds if the item is marked Final sale' even though the front of the return policy sheet also gives you a list of Final sale items" (bathing suits and accessories, etc.) Not included the ones that are marked as such on top of the list, neither they let you know at the time of the purchase that you would encounter that problem if they don't fit or are uncomfortable (shoes) you Can Not return the item at the store or get store credit, so you have to pay the return fee for an exchange, it takes 3-weeks to get a credit (minus- all that's deducted) That's the last time that I order online unless I know that the item fits and exactly what I want. The good thing that I found out is that some store would allow you to exchange the merchandise which is a good thing, and the store do have great product. I rather buy at the store and do all the time.

Pushy sales

One of my favorite store and notice there is always different girls working. Last time I came in, great and excellent service. Then I came in over the weekend and never felt so uncomfortable. Since this is my go to store, the girls kept hovering over me and wouldn't let me hold any clothing as if I were going to steal it. I ended up just grabbing sandals because I felt so rushed. I was trying to buy a new summer wardrobe and couldn't even enjoy myself. Really bad customer service and will stick with anthem location even though this one is down the street for me.

I purchased from them online, but for some reason UPS sent back my package claiming I refused shipment when I absolutely did not. The tracking clearly shows that it was never out for delivery, just supposedly refused. When I contacted customer service they were insistent that I refused it and said they would either charge me a 20% restocking fee if I didn't want it or a redelivery fee. And I requested twice for a supervisor to contact me but all I kept getting was generic emails from customer service, not even a particular name. BUYER BE WARE. They have no problem taking your money and if there's a problem they'll just take a little more. I'll never give them another red cent.

This store is trash!

I used to like this store but that was when it opened. Now (2017) almost all the employees are rude and the never greet me when I walk in. Also the refund policy is trash! I only get store credit back and that is if I have my receit. If I lose it I lose my money. Only buy their cheep trash clothes if you absolutely love it, but then again I find a lot of their cloths at ross for a lot cheaper.

I bought some stuff there in a mall. The clothes were really cute. The saleswoman though was extremely pushy and rude. She wouldn't let me buy my stuff until I bought their rewards card program. I really wanted the cute pajamas and couldn't get myself to part with them. After that experience, I avoided the store like the plague.

I found some very nice deals here when shopping for my niece. And (fingers crossed) she actually really liked what I bought her. I've never been in a real Styles for Less store but I suppose I'd give one of those a try too.

CHEAP QUALITY

I ordered a bandeau, and two tops which appeared lovely in photos. Was completely disappointed, low grade fabrics and not true to size. Will never purchase from them again.

At first I was weary of the legitimacy of this website on account of its low prices and oddly enough the name threw me off (I know it sounds silly but the name seemed more like a catchy phrase than a store). After reading their reviews I bought 3 shirts, 2 pair of jeans, and a few skirts/shorts. I was pleasantly surprised and I am very happy with the quality of the items and their fit. The jeans fit nicely and were very flattering. For the jeans I purchased a size 1 and they were a little big around the hips but not enough that I needed to wear a belt. For other people concerned about sizing, I am pretty tiny (0 or 24) and their size 1 fit me well even if they were a little loose in the hip area. The shirts are perfect and fit me very well. I loved the skirts I purchased. I was impressed with the quality of everything I've bought. One of the shirts was not as nice as the rest of the stuff I bought but its quality is still better than Forever 21 or Hot Miami Styles for instance. I used their size chart and everything did fit according to size. The shipping was prompt and I had no issues with it.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

The person I talked to over the phone who also happened to be the boss in that department, was so rude and the answers she gave were very vague/ not satisfactory. I made an order of about $50 and returned it because the size was not as described in their size chart then they refused to give me back my refund and said it was damaged and stained yet i never wore it and shipped it back the next day. On top of that, they didn't return the so called damaged item so I lost both 50 bucks and the item itself. SOOO UNFAIR AND NOT RECOMMENDING IT TO ANYBODY!

JUST LIKE THE OTHER REVIEWERS HAD STATED! This store has a terrible return policy! It's like let's hope that everything that you buy online with them will fit you correctly! Otherwise you are basically screwed! Your money and purchase with them is definitely not safe and you are not honored as a customer! I had spent about $120 bucks with them! I had to return 2 blazers to get a refund for it--and they stiffed me by giving me an incorrect refund amount! They still owe me $10.80!
I tried numerous time to email them and also call them as well in regards to this situation, and I get no responses back from them via email or phone call! Their 800 customer service line is a joke too because you can call them throughout the entire day from morning until night each business day, and no one ever answer the phone call! They just let it go to voicemail everytime! SO YOUR MONEY ON PURCHASES AT THIS ONLINE SHOP IS NOT SAFE! If they did this to me--they will definitely do it to other people too! BE WARNED EVERYONE! If they keep going like this with their ignorance and rude customer service--I won't be surprise when they have to shut down all their shops like
Wet Seal did! Let's all boycott ridiculous stores like this who has a ridiculous return policy, and a ridiculously horrendous customer service in order to make a stand and teach them a lesson! Once they have to file for bankruptcy like Wet Seal--then they will regret how they ran their business, and treated their customers!
