I HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE SHOPPING HERE AS A FIRST TIME CUSTOMER! I HAD ORDERED A PART FOR MY MAYTAG DRYER MACHINE--A LINT TRAP, AND I HAD PAID EXTRA MONEY FOR IT FOR THIS PARTICULAR ONE BECAUSE IT IS THE EXACT MATCH OF MY OLD ONE! HOWEVER THEY SENT ME A LINT TRAP THAT LOOKS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT! A VERSION WHICH I KNEW I COULD HAD PURCHASED FROM OTHER COMPANIES FOR A MUCH MUCH CHEAPER COST! HOWEVER I DECIDED TO SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY BECAUSE I WANTED THAT EXACT ONE THAT WAS PICTURED ON THEIR WEBSITE LISTING! SO FOR THEM TO SHIP ME A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ONE THAT I COULD HAD GOTTEN FOR MUCH CHEAPER ELSEWHERE REALLY TICKED ME OFF! THEY TRIED TO GIVE AN EXCUSE THAT THIS WAS THE CURRENT ONE FOR MY DRYER! I TRIED TO COMPROMISE WITH THEM AND ASK FOR A $10.00 PARTIAL REFUND BACK SO I COULD JUST KEEP THE PRODUCT DUE TO THEIR FALSE ADVERTISEMENT OF NOT SHIPPING OUT THE SAME ITEM AS PICTURED ON THEIR LISTING! (IT'S LIKE WHEN YOU PAY FOR SOMETHING YOU BOUGHT ONLINE--YOU EXPECT TO GET WHAT YOU HAD SEEN AND PAID FOR, AND NOT SOMETHING ELSE-- UNLESS IT WAS STATED ON THE LISTING THAT THEY MIGHT SUBSTITUTE A SIMILAR PRODUCT IN PLACE IF ORIGINAL IS SOLD OUT, BUT THEY DID NOT STATE THIS ANYWHERE ON THEIR LISTING AT ALL!) THEY NEVER REPLIED BACK TO ME EVER AGAIN, AND JUST IGNORE ALL MY EMAILS TO THEM ABOUT THIS!:-(. PLEASE DON'T SHOP HERE AND BE THE NEXT VICTIM!:-(

I had a Gift Card that didn't work and the company didn't hesitate to refund me! I really like this! I feel safe shopping with them! Highly recommend!

JUST LIKE THE OTHER REVIEWERS HAD STATED! This store has a terrible return policy! It's like let's hope that everything that you buy online with them will fit you correctly! Otherwise you are basically screwed! Your money and purchase with them is definitely not safe and you are not honored as a customer! I had spent about $120 bucks with them! I had to return 2 blazers to get a refund for it--and they stiffed me by giving me an incorrect refund amount! They still owe me $10.80!
I tried numerous time to email them and also call them as well in regards to this situation, and I get no responses back from them via email or phone call! Their 800 customer service line is a joke too because you can call them throughout the entire day from morning until night each business day, and no one ever answer the phone call! They just let it go to voicemail everytime! SO YOUR MONEY ON PURCHASES AT THIS ONLINE SHOP IS NOT SAFE! If they did this to me--they will definitely do it to other people too! BE WARNED EVERYONE! If they keep going like this with their ignorance and rude customer service--I won't be surprise when they have to shut down all their shops like
Wet Seal did! Let's all boycott ridiculous stores like this who has a ridiculous return policy, and a ridiculously horrendous customer service in order to make a stand and teach them a lesson! Once they have to file for bankruptcy like Wet Seal--then they will regret how they ran their business, and treated their customers!
