Hello, my name is James, and I work in healthcare - sorta. I am a Security Officer for a group of hospitals in my city and I recently purchased a large(r) order of stuffed animals from this company. First, I want to acknowledge that their customer service is handled efficiently, with impressive response times to inquiries (for any business' standards). They even utilize a customer service "ticket" system - which is very smart, no matter the business size. Now, onto the purchase. Because I was buying these out of my own pocket, I could only afford a limited amount, so I chose many of their cheapest (and smallest) options. I have no complaints about this because I figured there would be limited availability for the cheaper ones. Actually, I have no complaints at all. So, I bought everything they had under $6 - basically. Because so many of the ones I wanted were either out of stock or limited stock, I ended up buying less quantity due to cost of the more expensive toys. Still, I was able to get 70 stuffed animals for a little over $350, which I was hoping would be a good deal. When they arrived, I was not disappointed! They were incredibly soft, well-stuffed, cuddly and adorable! I also bought about a dozen of their Unicorn Hats, and I HIGHLY recommend them - insanely soft and the kids absolutely LOVE them. The only ones that aren't particularly popular are the Toucans, and I will admit, they are (by comparison) less cute than the other options available for the kids. Pros: Quality products - even the cheapest options Great customer service Professional business approach Value for money (including free shipping after a large enough purchase to qualify) Bulk Purchase Discounts Con: Availability was a bit discouraging as I saw the cheapest options quickly disappearing and more expensive options cutting into my budget. This is not necessarily a reflection on the company, as it could have just been the timing of my order (right before Easter), but it is only transparent that I mention it.

“Not What Was Promised or Delivered”

Ordered three weeks before Xmas received at tracking number which was never acknowledged by the USPS. After several calls leading up to the holiday, still no package and finally they credited my account for unreceived merchandise. Did some research and found the same item and received within four days. No high shipping charges just good customer service. I would not recommend this company since what they promise you and what doesn't get delivered on that promise are very different.

I placed my order over three weeks ago and I'm still waiting for my package to arrive. I am an "international customer" but it concerns me that after my item has left the States, it can no longer be tracked... I now have no idea where my package is. I'm not even sure what country it is in. I also don't know when it will be arriving, if it actually arrives at all! I'm becoming very concerned that I have given money away

I ordered an animal for my girlfriends birthday on in the beginning of June. I recieved an email saying it was out of stock and it would ship when it got back in. It could be up to a week and a half delayed, but now its been two weeks and still haven't gotten an email saying it was shipped or recieved the product.

I ordered 16 small stuffed animals for birthday party favors on 11/13. The next day I received an email saying there would be a delay with my order as some items were out of stock. Fine, I didn't need the items until 12/14. On 11/28 (maybe 11/29) I called to inquire about my shipment and they told me that two of the items were still delayed and they would ship the rest of my order first, and then ship the other two items separately after. Great! I got an email stating my order had been shipped on 12/3 and received it on 12/6. Two items were missing, and on the invoice they were marked "discontinued, refunded". This was not okay since I needed 16 items for 16 children. I placed a new order that night and then called the next day to ask if they could refund the shipping, since given the choice, I would clearly have chosen to substitute two items instead of being refunded. The woman on the phone was quite snippy and kept telling me that they had given me a coupon already (they had, but it was for 10% which worked out to a couple dollars, and that coupon is easily discoverable online), and they could not refund my $9 shipping. In the end I resigned myself to paying $9 shipping which is a very high percentage of my total cost, due to their poor customer service decision of not giving me the choice of a substitution in the original order. I only hope that the new order will actually arrive on time.

Order took an entire week to process, a week to ship, then another month to receive in Canada. Contacted customer support who said it was probably just customs, but did not offer any help in contacting them despite my inability to do so since I was out of the country. If you're in a rush, look elsewhere.
