Such a great help when you're in a pinch. All requirements were met, only had to edit work slightly to sound more like me/reflect my writing level and style, work was done in a timely manner and I got it before the deadline, professionals were willing to help and were very understanding. Only drawback is the price sometimes, but I think the price goes up the shorter the deadline/sooner you need it to be done. Overall, not bad. I would recommend this to anyone who needs it. It is worth the money.

The project looks great was done that way the guidelines were given and was done before the deadline.
It was great! But I didn't know how to pick the right deadline. I wanted only one file for a shorter deadline and not the entire document. I had to put a shorter deadline and my expert charged more because of that. After that, I created another request and the price offered for more than 5 experts was $50 cheaper. I asked my expert if I could get I discount but she said I couldn't at that point. I wish support could review these type of situation and reimburse customers if necessary. I feel like I have lost $50 dollars.

My expert (who had accepted my job), canceled it 3 DAYS before the deadline. He didn't communicate with me or answer the administrators of the site. Very poor customer service.

Do not recommend it. They charged me and they didn't do the job, Very unprofessional, keep yourself away from trouble, and do not recommend it. Your request will be on auction for many days until they charge you and after they block you. Do not recommend, scam
