Shipping was messy, hard to get a response. Took a very very long time to get a reply. Didn't even know if we where going to get it in time for the wedding.

I was excited to get our samples. They are nice. I am however disappointed in the discount as I need my suit made in November and I was told the discount expires before I need my suit made.

The waist was 33 and should've been 34.5 and rise was too short, making the crotch too tight. The overall length was 1/2 inch too short. The pants need to be re-made correctly or the cost refunded.

Outstanding - The customer support was quick to e-mail and respond. The suit came in and was quality, no details I added missed. The fabric quality was great.

Excellent service and customer service. Needed to confirm the size for my body and shape. I was asked to size my body using a "tape" and confirmed my fit.

Ordered a Napolean Zapana black pinstripe suit. The suit arrived in less than a month. The pants were slightly loose in the waist but otherwise excellent. The jacket was another story. It was cut very oddly, like it was done from a pattern for a 3- or 4-button suit. On a 2-button suit, typically the lapel would plunge lower. Additionally, the fit was tight in the back but loose in the front. Very unflattering. I took the suit to a dry cleaner to make adjustments, which cost over $75 dollars, and it looks acceptable now, but the lapel plunge issue is unfixable. I contacted customer service to express my dissatisfaction, and they responded with a cut-and-paste answer stating that different tailors have different styles and cuts. I asked if I could send the suit back for re-tailoring at my own expense, and they said no. After an email exchange, I got them to provide the $75 gift certificate promised on the website, but am unsure if I will actually use it.

Additionally, while the pinstripes are joined at the shoulders, they are not joined in the back. A bespoke suit would typically have joined lines at all three points.

The measuring guide was helpful and effective, and the amount of customization available was terrific. The ordering process was not only easy, it was fun and personal.

The material of this jacket is not what was expected, holds wrinkles. The pants are noce material though, really like them

The suit was great quality and people really liked it. It fit as described and didn't need any additional tailoring upon receipt!

Should partner with men's warehouse to get correct measurements. Getting these for a wedding is important - not something I felt confident doing myself

It was my first time using custom measurements would have been nice better service. Too slow providing help takes them a day and responds at midnight very bad

#******* was a NAVY DB SPORT JACKET AND THE OTHER WAS A GREEN & RUST SPORT JACKET WELL THE NAVY JACKET MATERIAL WAS NO LONGER IN STOCK SO I SENT AN ADDITIONAL $31 AND It WAS ADDED TO THE PRICE OF THE NAVY JACKET THAT WAS OUT OF STOCK AND FOR $255 I ORDERED A PURE BLACK DOUBLE BREASTED LINEN SUIT IN PLACE OF THE NAVY SPORT JACKET SO TO MAKE SURE THEY GOT MY ORDER CORRECT I TOLD SANDRA AND ANOTHER LADY SO THEY WOULD GET IT CORRECT (WELL HAPPEN) MY ORDER ARRIVED AND I HAD ONLY THE DB SUIT JACKET TO THE DOUBLE BREASTED SUIT NO DAM PANTS HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN ITS BECAUSE YOUR WORKERS DONT GIVE A DAM ABOUT THEIR JOB OR THE CUSTOMERS SO I HAVE TWO ORDERS LEFT #******* & ******* AND MY PURE BLACK LINEN THAT GOES WITH MY DB JACKET IS SUPPOSE TO BE IN THIS SHIPMENT
