Love this suit! I was a bit apprehensive to purchase a custom suit online since I wouldn't be able to try it on or check the quality of the material before buying, but I was relieved to find the suit fit perfectly based off the comprehensive measurement list StudioSuits requests, the fabric is good quality and has held up so far (especially for the low price of $220), and the color matched the swatch I requested (a very nice service offered to compare around 10 colors before purchasing any garment).
My only note was that the pant hem-line was a bit more visible from the outside than I would have liked, but it generally is not very noticeable.
My groomsmen and I all wore this suit to my wedding 2 weeks ago and I really loved the way we all looked together, as well as how painless the ordering/shipping process was. All suits were on time and only a few needed to be altered after delivery, which seems inevitable given the total number of suits was 9.
Overall very pleased and would definitely recommend StudioSuits for an affordable custom suit!

Great instructions given for measuring to order online. I explained when the pants were needed and had great follow up and communication after order was placed. The pants fit my husband just right!

I had a friend help with measurements & submitted them with my order. Suit arrived quicker than I expected and they followed my measurements and custom requests perfectly. Could not be more pleased

Don't recommend. My husbands suit has rips in the seems on the sleeves and back of the jacket
The jacket it's self no way was correct even though my measurements I put in are accurate. The jacket was 3 inches too short in length in the front and too short in arms and tight in biceps. The pants I can't even explain how poorly they were made as the seem on the buttocks appeared wrong and the pants sat below the hips and the sea
Was all wrong. For a proven fact all the groomsmen orders suits and half were messed up. That's a poor ratio in this company to have a 50% success rate. This suit is 220$ down the toilet. Will never ever recommend nor order. Once I addressed it with the company they were responsive but drug out asking for re measurements. And stating it's was my fault in poor measuring not theirs. Let me remind you this suit was not properly made with rips visibly at seems. Do not use this company unless you want to pay double. It's a joke /hassle/waste of money.

Good quality and pretty fast delivery. Would have expected that the green shirt as seen on the pictures would belong to the package as well which it didn‘t or was forgotten. This was the only minus.

I've had the opportunity to get suits made all over the world; Thailand, Hong Kong, London, Italy and North America. You can always spend $2000 to $4000 on a quality hand-made suit but if you wear your suits for work every day, that can be a hard pill to swallow. I've had several suits, pants and shirts made from Studiosuits over the past few years and never have an issue. The biggest complaints you will see are about fit and that comes down to the person sending the measurements. If you don't know how to measure for a suit, go get your measurements done professionally by a tailor. As for the fabrics, they are top notch like Reda, Zegna and more. Stitching and finishes are what you would expect from a much more expensive suit. This team obviously has been doing this a while and they know what they are doing. Keep up the great work and don't worry about the negative reviews. In my humble opinion if you have problem with something the best way to solve it is reach out to the company directly, not post a negative review. Studiosuits like any company lives off their reputation and would go out of their way as they have for me to make it right if ever necessary.

The communication or lack of is frustrating, ie no customer service number, sending an email and not receiving a response back for 2 to 3 days

No complaints. Ok — this is annoying. You asked for my experience — which was positive. And now I have to write more than 50 characters. Which is annoying.

No way to reach anyone very very frustrating. I don't think I would do this again because their is no customer service! Emails are generated and never responded to
