Received jacket with defect on the lapel. I have sent 2 emails to their customer service and have received NO response. I will be pursuing a refund thru my credit card company.

Nice suit made to measure. Not 100% match in the color from the picture. The stiching on the pante legs was not in the highest quality, samme with the inside liming on the jacket. But for a cheap suit the overall value is great!
The measurements you submit are used just as only a reference. They'll make a terribly fitting suit and then refuse to remake it or give you a refund.
The ‘roped-style' shoulders protrude too far out/up, resulting in divots at the tops of the sleeves. Provided accurate measurements, so it's not an issue with fit.
I had mistakenly recorded measurements and customer service reached out to fix the issue. The shirt arrived on time and is absolutely perfect for our wedding

I thought the material would be a little thinner but overall nice suit
Runs much too tight in the chest (I can't even button it) and uncomfortably narrow inside the sleeves. A beautiful pattern but far too small and very uncomfortable. For the money, I expected better.
This is my second purchase and won't be my last. The order process and options are great. The quality of the material and workmanship is superb.

The wait was well worth it. I put the suit on and experienced something I've never experienced before. The pants rode exactly where I needed them, the jacket hang properly and the vest... Excellent.

Straightforward! Purchased a suit as a groomsman and DIYing being a tailor was easy using their instructions.
Easy process all the way through. Only issue is it took a little bit longer than the lead time on the website and the suit came smaller than expected. Had to have it tailored to fit.
You get what you pay for, but this jacket was at least $100 more than it was worth. Smell and quality is very bad, I could have done better at mens wearhouse for $200. Good luck!
