Overall very satisfied. Friendly advice for the company, perhaps consider a WhatsApp phone option. All communication via email is slightly frustrating but in the end my suit came out beautiful.

Suit was great. Fit 95% perfectly with only a few alterations needed (I did add 1" to all measurements). The color photographs well and the material feels light. Highly recommend

My three jackets are very professionally tailored, excellent material and perfect fit.
They arrived on time, as promised, and the staff were a pleasure to deal with.

The size chart does not match up with measurements, especially for slim children. Would also be nice to have an exchange policy for standard kids' sizes.

So I was excited to use this site to obtain a well made custom fit suit, and could not have been more disappointed. They asked me for 20 measurements and they couldn't get one right. Their fabrics were great, but I LITERALLY measured off of my old suit and the screwed up every single thing I ordered. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY THIS IS AN ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE PLACE TO BUY A SUIT.

Suit very well made. Unfortunately, my measurements, especially for the jacket, did not fit one of the standard sizes, so I had to compromise. This resulted in a jacket that was far too big for me.

I ordered a Chino suit for my husband. The suit was nothing like the ad photo. The Jacket and Pant were mismatched in tone. The Pant hem was the worst, and the sleeves were too long. I emailed them about these issues and just wanted to have them send a return shipping label and Remake the suit properly. I got a response and sent in 10 photos in different lighting situations as they(PAUL & PEARL) asked and still after almost 10 days after last email no response. Thank God I ordered by PayPal, Since Studio Suit doesn't want to to honor there policy as well as respond back, PayPal is issuing me a Refund. However, I looked at cost of shipping it back and it almost as much as the suit. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS NOR HONOR THEIR "GUARANTEE FIT" REMAKE POLICY.

Convenient and good quality. The site was easy to use and the pants shipped fairly quickly considering they were coming from India. I had no issues with my order.

Took 3 weeks to hear they didn't have my original fabric, then they suggested a new fabric. I asked for a refund and they refused to accommodate me. This company is horrible! BUYER BEWARE!
