The jacket arrived unwearable. There was visible external stitching on the sleeves and the shoulders were so poorly constructed that they puffed and drooped. SS customer support said this as a result of the suits being handmade and they gave me a $50 credit to have the problems fixed locally. But my Taylor said fixing the shoulders would cost $135 so I had to throw the jacket away. The pants are nice

Didn't receive an order confirmation until a month after I ordered my jacket and I emailed them about it and never received any info back. Ended up getting my jacket and it fit perfect. Just need to communicate better

I ordered a suit. It a) arrived way too late, b) had many mistakes. The right side of the blazer was longer than the left side and fabric wasn't sewed in correctly, but hanging loose. And they didn't follow the measurements I gave them AND there were additional minor mistakes. Until today they refuse to make up for it. Instead they want to offer me a voucher for my next purchase, as if I would ever order from this company again. Luckily I escalated the case to paypal and due to the photo evidence I am confident that I will get my money back. I sent a separate email to paypal to strongly advice them to stop doing business with this company. If you decide to buy from studiosuits, try to use paypal, so that you can get your money back even after the 8 weeks it will take for them to deliver the suit to you.

This is neat. The website isn't broken (which is the biggest issue with most shops online), the instructions were very thorough and clear and easy to follow for measurements. When the suit came it ended up fitting me exactly like I expected it to, and it's beautiful; easily the most valuable suit I now own.

I ordered a corduroy 2-piece off-the-rack suit for a Halloween costume. I was going to get something fancier (and more expensive) but this one had the earliest estimated shipping date. It arrived right on time. The packaging was nice. The suit itself is a nice color and I like it enough that I've since gotten it tailored to see if I can wear it more than once. The construction is cheap, though, and on the first day the stitching in the pocket had already broken. This suit is not built to last - the materials are cheap. If you're looking for a high-quality suit, spend some more money and get something from a master tailor, or Indochino, or J Crew or something. But if you need a cheap suit in a pinch (like I did), the shipping is fast and the color and size are roughly as advertised. In other words, it'll do in a pinch.

The suit quality was good for the money, but it did not fit. I literally used the same measurements I got from Black Tux a month earlier and their fit perfectly. My studio suits order size was waaaay off especially in the mid section.

Easy to order and thankful that it arrived when I requested it. If I could give you one piece of feedback, it would be to give the buyer an idea of the lead time before they purchase. That's always helpful. Thanks again!

I have wanted this sports coat for a decade now since I lost my last one. I could never find it in my size, no matter where I went. Your online custom jacket made that Possible. I love it. It is perfect!

I spent about an hour measuring myself to get my exact size, when it came, everything was too small and too tight. The color is not what I wanted. They advertised a color they didn't even have, they did not help me fix anything, and they wouldn't even cancel my order when I asked. Terrible service. Doesn't matter if the suit is already made, you should be able to cancel it no matter what. Don't buy from here.

I specified and purchased a three-piece suit using Studiosuits because no local tailors in my area could supply what I was looking for exactly. I was pleased to find out that Studiosuits offered exactly what I needed. The ordering process was very accomodating and intuitive, and the delivery was fast enough that it exceeded my stringent schedule requirement. On top of all of that, the product itself is a very pleasing work of craftsmanship; it fits better than anything else I own and looks fantastic. I am very grateful to Studiosuits for their service and product.

We have never bought a suit before and this was for high school graduation so had to be perfect. The measurements we submitted were a little bit different to what they expected so they contacted us directly to ensure that they were correct. We agreed on the advice of studio suits to have a trial suit made from inexpensive fabric and this was the best advice. We had to make some adjustments and the final suit was everything that we needed it to be, so happy.

I asked for size "X" pants. They sent pants with a tag on it that said "X," but it was not. When I asked for an exchange, their "policy" was that I needed to buy it again. Nice model for selling clothes online. Beware.

This is the third time I have been asked to give StudioSuits a review and have yet to receive any response. My husband (father of the bride) is now forced to wear a suit that is too small and quite uncomfortable for our daughter's wedding. This has been so disappointing during such a wonderful time. Our future son-in-law and all 8 of his groomsmen ordered the same suit... so sad that we can't get you all to help rectify the situation. Horrible experience!

Happy with the overall process but measurements tend to not be followed with precision. This has resulted with some required rework. I have unusually narrow hips compared to my shoulders, and it seems the tailors feel they have to "adjust" them when I want them followed scrupulously.
