I didn't know about the option to order a test suit from them. Had I known, I would've done it. Instead I spent about $400 for a suit I'll never be able to wear. I Amy try them again because they delivered on time and the suit itself was good quality - just not the right size.

I ordered a tweed haberdasher dark green suit for my wedding. It arrived within a few weeks, was a bargain, and was very well-made. The custom fit was well-done and only needed minimal adjustments. It's a nicer suit than several others I bought at Men's Warehouse for twice the price. Would highly recommend.

The only form of communication is email. The large time difference between myself [central time zone USA] and Studio Suits made this very slow at times. Studio Suits responded every time but only during their business hours. Keep this in mind when communicating with Studio Suits and be prepared to wait for responses.

The jacket that arrived did not resemble the advertised product at all. It was not the same colour and a cheap polyester rather than the wool advertised. When I contacted Studiosuits they were entirely unhelpful. They told me the colour difference was due to my screen settings and that I could get the fabric tested (at my own expense) and proved them with the report. They repeatedly ignored requests to send return information.

The suit color was originally out of stock however, after speaking with your team they were able to notify me of when it was coming back in stock and how to pre-order to ensure I didn't miss out! Incredible customer service.

Followed measuring instructions and the fit was PERFECT. Some minor sewing issues noted. Two areas in the pants (inseam and side seam were not sewn closed. Fabric is decent for the price. Overall very happy.

Do not buy from here! We bought 2 suits on the same order for two different people. Same person measured both people. One suit fits fine. The other suit coat is so tight it can't be worn. Response from customer service was "oh well!". Td me they'd give me a $50 gift certificate to co.pensate me for the altering I now need to pay for. Well a $50 gift certificate to Studio Sujts sure won't pay for my alteration at a local seamstress. $300 for theses suits is way overpriced, especially given our experience. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere.

The jacket is beautiful, both the material and the workmanship. Unfortunately the jacket length is too short for me. I maxed out the allowed measurements on your website, and it is still 2 inches shorter than I need. Before I purchase again, I would need to be assured that I could enter measurements without bumping up against the preset limits.

I had my measurements taken by a tailor and gave that to the website. The suit was off - clearly. I was unable to bend my arms at the elbow. The company said go see a tailor (why... it's a custom suit?) and the tailor said they did not leave any material left for the arms to be adjusted at all. The company has since ghosted me via email.

Pants aren't even close to fitting.
Can't be tailored to fit at all. To small around the waist and the legs/thighs are way too tight.
Hard to understand when exact measurements have been provided.
The pants will never be worn, and I had to purchase new pants on limited time at full price from a local store. So all together my $80.00 pants ended up costing me $230.00. Will never use or trust online/international clothing option again.

I wear a 44R in classic cut and a 46R in modern or slim fit. I ordered a 46R with some non fit customizations. Received the jacket, but it fits me like a 42R. Way Too Tight. I emailed about returning it. No reply. I reordered a 48R hoping it will fit, but I'm stuck with a $220.00 donation to the Salvation Army.

The website was rather user friendly. It was easy to set up an account, enter my measurements and even update them as needed. I just made the order and obviously am awaiting the product but the ease of maneuvering around the website was appreciated. I have now received the suit and am pleased with the quality. They are several hours ahead of my timeframe so the communication was basically limited to 1 email per day. If they had a phone # or active chat feature, I would give them 5 stars.

It kept giving me a hard time about having a different billing and delivery address. Also, I still don't know when to expect to receive the jacket.

I did eventually get the jacket and it was well packaged, but it didn't come out right, not in terms of quality expected, but in terms of not being right, which could have easily been fixed if there was a way to contact someone and tell them before the order was placed. I can't use the jacket now, but if I could have communicated with them before the order was placed, this could have been avoided. I ask that the firm call me so we can work out an arrangement. Thank you.

Site is pretty easy to get around. This order was to get a matching jacket for my suit. Kids suits fit well. My suit was a very slim fit. Best thing to do is get all your measurements done prior and order it with that. Only issue I ran into was no suit ship wanted to measure me for an outside purchase.

I'd rather just get this done in a store by a professional. Too many measurements to take and then the suit didn't fit.

I had purchased, on two separate occasions matching waist-coat and jackets in tweed.
I decided that both would be complimented by a tie in the same materials.
Studio Suits delivers these on time, great price and quality.
I am a tall man and tie length was perfect.

Terrible customer service on an incorrect order. I ordered a hat according to the size chart on the website, but the hat that came was much smaller than the dimensions indicated. After 2 weeks of emailing with customer service, they refused to remedy the situation with an exchange or return. So now I'm stuck with a hat that is much smaller than advertised (and I cannot wear). Will not be doing further business with this company, and this should be a warning to not expect any remedies if you experience issues with your order.

Wide variety of items to chose from. Excellent quality, however, delivery time was very long and I had to notify the company on more than one occasion. When my order finally arrived, I was very happy with my purchase and will probably order again in the future.

I bought my wedding suit from Studio Suits because they had the fabric I wanted at an awesome price. Without seeing it in person I was a little hesitant, but once it arrived I couldn't be happier. Awesome, unique fabric, excellent construction, very high quality. Would buy again!

Received the jacket, which is poorly fitted. Fits like a sack. Has poorly executed "peak lapels". Overall disappointment. I was expecting to receive a houndstooth fabric in a different size than what had been shown. My price was discounted somewhat. Not even sure if I am going to wear what I received. I don't normally wear poorly constructed suit jackets or blazers.

I have several suits from this company. I will not buy another product from them regardless of price.
