Customer service was on top of things. I entered a measurement that didn't seem right to them, and they caught it, emailed me, and I was able to fix my mistake instead of receiving something they knew wasn't correct.

Overall, I'm very happy and impressed with my suit! The suit arrived in about 3 or 4 weeks after the original purchase with no damage to the box or suit inside.
Overall, it fits very well! Just make sure to give very good measurements. I purposely put in most of the measurements smaller than they really were, based on a review that said Studio Suits tends to fit large. However, I'd suggest just giving the true measurements, as they seem to fit very accurately. And, as a result of me putting in smaller measurements, the belly is a bit tight, but perfectly fine unbuttoned. Also, the vest is a little tight around the arm holes. Both things a quick tailoring job can fix. In the end, I should've just given the true measurements. But other than those things, the rest of the outfit is amazing. Good material, pants fit perfectly, and the custom details I added are all there!
Would buy from Studio Suits again, but give better measurements next time.

The customer service I required was not at StudioSuits fault it was because of something I did and yet they still jumped up and was very quick and efficient and trying to help me fix the issue as quickly and smoothly as possible and they did not let it stop the making of the suit and my son received it in Very timely manner and the quality was just stunning

Suit was a little baggy, but I just ordered my usual of the rack size. I should have use there custom sizing option. I brought it to a local seamstress she did the necessary adjustments, and it worked out great.

Jacket fits like a glove, little communication required and what was had, was precise and helpful.
I have now ordered my second garment from them and have no hesitation to continue to build my work jackets from them.
Highly recommended.

Overall good quality, measurements seem to be good and accurate.
The material is a little itchy but otherwise everything seems good.

I don't think it is a generous among of time they give you for them to be "free," especially if you are shopping around well in advance for a wedding. It cost $20 (shipping, etc. included) for 12 swatches.

They were delivered on time and in good condition! They did have a very pungent, almost sour smelling odor to them. It took a few days for them to air out, but you can no longer smell anything, unless maybe a slight odor if the swatch is directly in front of your nose.

Unfortunately, the swatches all come on the same sheet, so I did have to cut them out to be able to use them as a proper swatch.

That seems like a lot of negative, but overall, the swatches seem like well made, quality fabric, and were all labeled incredibly well, all packaged nicely in a folder, so if the suits are anything like the swatches, I think I will be very, very pleased. We cannot wait to order our wedding suits and see how they turn out!

This is my second jacket that I ordered, and Immediately place an order for third. Their website makes it very easy to get your dimensions for a custom jacket. They have a large variety of patterns that you will not see at your typical high in suit store. Shipping is going to take every bit of three to three and 1/2 weeks. So be patient there, but once it comes in. You forget how long you waited.

Ordering suits online is already a risk, but when the suit shows up and does not fit, they make it very difficult if not impossible to correct it.

The suit was custom made to size and easy to order. Received order in a timely manner.

I experienced great customer service. After sending the measurements in for the tuxedo I wanted, they reached out to me again to confirm if some of my measurements were correct, as they seemed a bit off. The measurements I sent were accurate and the tuxedo came in fitting perfectly. There is a wide selections of suits and tuxedos to choose from, and coupled with the excellent customer service, I would highly recommend.

Ordered a burgundy tweed jacket for a wedding. Although studiosuits speeded up the delivery due to short notice which was a positive, when the jacket arrived the sleeves were misaligned to the body of the suit - the material around the seam was rucked up and disorted. Unusable. Hey ho...
