Simple to find what I was looking for and customer service follow-ups were very responsive and attentive.

I cannot get into these as they are too small. I am a 38, ordered same, and they don't fit. I would have taken them to be let out, but there is no room for that. I have reordered the pants in a size 40; so we'll see how that works. For info, I also ordered a sport coat, size 46R, and had to have it let out. My conclusion is that everything runs smaller than the indicated size.

The products look great and Im actually satisfied with the quality of the suits. However, the sizing on the shirts are iffy even when my measurements are submitted. 3-stars because they dont offer a fit-guarantee on most items. If they did, I would shop here exclusively. If you are not between sizes like myself, you may enjoy their products a lot.

Other than some initial problems with my order (the fabric I had chosen wasn't available) the ordering and measuring process was easy. The suit looks great and fits surprisingly well. I am going to need to have some minor alterations done, but I suspect that this is more due to poor measuring technique on my part. I do wish now that I had my tailor do the measurements.

I appreciate the company's communications. Never once did I feel forgotten while the jacket was being made.

Takes sometimes days to here a response with order help and responses feel very automated, still feels like you never get a clean answer just more hoops to jump through.

I've ordered three suits and a shirt from this company over the past 8 years. Always a good fit and great quality.

I had my measurements done by a Men's store that rents tuxedos and sells men's suits. The finished product does not fit in the jacket, can't cross arms and the pants waist is extremely tight. I have not gained any weight from the measurement date.

Pants on inner thighs are tight and likely need to bring another pair to wedding...in order to dance

First 2 suits I ordered were nice, needed some alterations but that is to be expected with online purchase. Unfortunately, the 3rd suit I bought had a really strange fit. To the extend that any reasonable alterations will not save it.

It was cut in a very odd way. The body of the jacket doesn't match the cut from the top. It seemed the shoulders were a 44, and the lower portion of the jacket was a 46 or 48. I would not buy it again.
