The process was easy and my suit arrived within a few weeks. It fits like a glove!
This was such a great experience! I can't wait to wear this suit on my wedding day!
So many options and great looking suits and jackets. I won't be able to buy just one.
Bought sport coat for son for Xmas. Sure hope it fits well! Fabric, style, lining…. I'm excited!
Love the pants except the fit crouch to high this company is for European cut not Americans
I tried to send coat back because it was too small. I did not receive any response.
Fit well and looks very slick. Loved the quality especially for the price.
It's was good overall just finish results were not. Overall a good buy
Material and service were topnotch. I previously purchased my clothes from Hemiajani in Hong Kong but will switch to you.

BOUGHT IT BY PICKING SIZE AND NOT CUSTOM MEASUREMENT. SIZING WAS OKAY BUT i WISH i COULDVE GOTTEN A SLIM FIT OPTION
Please fix this situation. Will you offer a refund or credit?
Some jackets are amazing, some are stiff and horrible.
All the groomsmen for my brother's wedding got matching suits, and everything about my experience, from ordering to the final product, was awful.
Lots of customization options, but no way to actually tell how they'll look; everything is just a cartoon icon, not an actual image of a garment. Even when choosing fabrics, the options are just an extreme close-up of the fabric, not an image of a garment made of that fabric.
Then measurements: I went to professional tailors to have measurements taken, because I figured they'd be somewhat industry-standard, and ensure a better fit than trying to do them myself, but even the professionals were confused about why certain measurements were needed, why certain others were not, and how they should be taken. Some measurements can only be taken from an existing well-fitting garment; what's the point of ordering a custom-tailored suit if you can't do so without already having another, better way to get one, or having the measurements be exactly the same as something you bought off the rack?
Payment was easy, because it's done through PayPal, which studiosuits has nothing to do with, so they get no points for that.
At the time I ordered, it said delivery should be within 2-3 weeks. It actually took nearly 5. Part of this was a 3-day delay which was partially my own fault, as they ran out of the lining material I ordered, and I didn't see the email asking me to pick a new one right away, because the email address I gave them is the one I rarely check, and use to sign up for accounts that I suspect will spam me with ads every single day, which I was also right about in this case.
Shipping was quick and easy, but again, it was done through a 3rd party company, so no credit to studiosuits on that account.
Now the suit has actually arrived, and it doesn't even fit. The jacket is too big in the shoulders, and then it just goes straight down from there, not tapered at the waist at all, and the pants are too long; somehow at 6'2" and nearly 30 years old, I still feel like I'm a kid playing dress-up in my dad's clothes. I took it to get altered, a possibility I had planned for, but since it took twice as long as expected to actually receive the suit, the tailor only had one week to make adjustments instead of the 3 that I had planned for, and told me nothing could be done about the shoulders in that time, they could only take in the waist on the jacket a bit and hem the pants. It's somewhat better now, but still looks quite baggy, nothing at all like a custom-tailored suit should look.
The site claims they will cover alteration costs up to a certain limit, and offer compensation if what they send you does not match the measurements you gave them; I have yet to try either of these but based on my experience so far I'm not hopeful, and also even if they do, it doesn't change the fact that I now have to wear an ill-fitting suit to my brother's wedding. I would strongly advise anyone to not use this site.
Fabric, color, tailoring and delivery exactly as advertised.
Accommodated me when I needed a rush job because of my mistake. Pleasure to work with.
Answer: You cannot call these folks. They do not provide a phone number
Answer: Agreed! Please remove it. This company is a scam and is misleading people
Answer: It takes about 1 month but mostly due to shipping. I was unsure as i never ordered a suit online. From my experience it was a huge mistake. And to add insult to injury the company want more monies to fix their mistakes. My recommendation is to read reviews outside the boundaries of the company. Seems obvious but necessary
Answer: Was your suit ever delivered to you? I am interested in purchasing a suit from Studio Suits. And how long did it take?
Answer: Bad choice: They sell Donegal Tweed, but they deliver some sub-standard wool fabric. No fit, no proper construction, cannot even do a proper shoulder line. Dreadful.
