SSS is a fraud. The material is extremely bad and they don't take returns. The picture and the actual cloth is completely different. The website sucks.

So i ordered a cute top from sss and its been over a month and nothing yet so i wanted to login and check but the login was blocked and when i request otp i got nothing on my phone. Terrible

SSS takes the liberty to club the products without client consent- As per their product availability
2 products of the same issue of wrong size when requested for return, they instruct their 3rd party courier vendor to collect both the products. They issue a credit note for 1 product and are not responsible for the other. Funnily they rudely tell the customer to reach out to the courier company and it is the customers fault because the customer is the one who should fight with the courier company since they have picked-up both the products. All this after wasting 1 month of time, money and valuable man-hours and reach out to SSS as they only respond over tickets and no call back facility. Customer Centricity is a FAAAAAR CRY. These guys don't even have a team close to being humble / giving a listening ear. Customer's hard earned money is an absolute JOKE. The cust serv exec over a call has the audacity to speak whatever comes to his/her mind without listening or thinking for solutionning the concern raised... and the list of issues continue while i am awaiting an order for more than a month now.
Sss didnt deliver the parcel on time last time I've ordered the boots from sss and it has been 2 months but they didn't deliver the parcel so I complain it to them and tried to call them but they never pick up the phone call it's always said that they are busy. And after 2 months and half they said that my items had been cancel due to out of stock but it wasn't and after some days Ive asked them to refund back the money and indeed they really had refunded but haven't credited in my account untill now when I asked them about it they would just say to check from the back that they have sent the money omg how can it be possible you should have just send the money through the ATM omg omg SSS is really annoying please try to improve your website and try to deliver it on time otherwise no customer would ever fall for your drama

Bought the products looking at the product image, what was received was horrible and not even worth the price, the images presented are definitely not their own shot images and flicked from somewhere.
The orders must be then made at their end or outsourced to be made with the cheapest material available and similar to the design, as these are definitely not the same as shown on the website, they are cheating customers and more so if the customer does not want the products, the only way possible is to exchange from their catalog, as a consumer, no one can force me to buy the product if I don't like it, however, they are and it has become a mentally harassing experience for me to be chasing them frequently with no support. There is no customer contact number to reach on, as the number reflecting on their portal never gets through.
As per the last conversation on 9th April they had told me that the reverse pick up would be done with in 5 - 7 working days, and post receiving it in the warehouse, they had finally agreed upon refunding me the money. Till date no reverse pick up has happened and having dropped a mail on this further about their inaction and lackadaisical attitude, totally callous about the customer, they again reverted "Once we receive the products in our warehouse, the credit note/replacement order will be made as per your selection you made while you initiated the exchange."
So it seems their ways of working are definitely not customer centric, as long as the money has reached them, the customer may as well rot in hell.
Having come across more reviews, can very well figure out how they are conning customers, would strongly advise to not fall for their luring offers, as the quality and service both are pathetic, wish I could find a much better term then pathetic. I am definitely taking on them legally.
