These people are bloody liers, cheaters and thieves who are just behind money and doesn't care about customer, their mental issue, how they are arranging money to buy that stuff. From last 4 months I am suffering as i used this website to order something. Then lockdown started so I raised request to changes my Shipping Address to my hometown address, They denied for it even though it was mentioned in Delivery Partners website also to ask them to change it so that they can deliver to new address. Then one day I get call and they said Ok Ma'am, we will changes the address and send the parcel to your hometown. Then for a week I got calls from Delivery Partner that it seems my parcel is lost and suddenly they delivered it to my old address not to my hometown for which they said they will make changes for address and also I got email for the same but NOTHING HAPPENED! When parcel gets delivered I didn't get any call or message about its delivery is going to happen that day. I don't know my office is closed how it got delivered and how it is marked as RECEIVED BY RECEIVER that's me who is not even there in that city for last three months From last 35 days I will sending emails, calling these StreetStyleStore people, on 6th June (after 15 days of delivery) I get reply that they ESCALATED the issue. And still no response. I don't trust them as ESCALATIONS DON'T TAKE THIS MUCH TIME. Also, no response from them. From last 6 days I raised that I want my money back, still NO RESPONSE. I AM SENDING REMINDERS IN EVERY HALF HOUR BUT NO RESPONSE FROM STREETSTYLESTORE. THIS IS REALLY VERY VERY VERY PATHETIC SERVICE. NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMER AND THEIR TIME. NO RESPECT TOWARDS THEIR OWN WORK. NO HONESTY, $#*!ING CHEATERS, LIERS AND DISHONEST STAFF AND MANAGEMENT. If there is option to not choose even a single start I would have used that.
