Fraud App

Worst site ever! I ordered 3 dresses from them and two were not in good condition so I returned them and they did not give me the money back. Instead they gave some stupid voucher with a validity. When i called on customer service he hung up my call on my face and said it's our policy we will not do anything. The worst app anyone can use!

Very bad experience 😑
No one should buy from this. It has been a month since the order was paid and it has not been dispatched yet. Every time you look at it, every date will be shown. Once that date is reached, it will keep changing. This is the first time I have seen such an irresponsible site. Anyone please don't buy.🙏🏻

I had placed an order for one combo & pair of heels from them on 27.07.2023 and they delivered my heels within 05 days but now we will talk about the dress the estimated date is showing 20.08.2023 and I have my birthday on 18.08.2023
I have been trying to call them since morning and no one is there to answer the $#*!ing query what are a $#*!ing customer to them this is how they serve to their customer so mark my words if you have anything special and you are thinking to order from them never do!

Very unfair to customers

I was having credit voucher and I ordered boots today, payment wasn't excepting it automatically took the order and later after few minutes order was cancelled and my credit voucher was also gone. If I try to order again there was no coupon available. It's really very unfair to customers and if we raise any query there won't be any reply.

Fake Website

Don't buy anything from this site. I've ordered a cord set and I want to exchange it's size. No one came to my place to pick the item and it's always shows pickup is failed as you were not available there. I hadn't received any call or text from the site regarding pickup schedule and customer care service calls are not answerable. Pls don't trust this fake site. They are frauds. Money digger people

The worst!

I had bought boots at first so one foot was fit for another one they have send smaller and damaged one. When tried to return it never happened and its show that I got credit note which is 0. On the other hand I had ordered for 2pair of heels they were not in correct size on the top its it damaged from inside. And when tried to return it the entire order is vanished off from my orders. Whenever tried to call customer executives are busy are raised a ticket! And there is no call no mail nothing from there end! The worst online store one can find! The pictures they display and the item they deliver is completely different the colour the quality everything! These people should be ashamed of doing this and taking money from people.
Worst worst! No one should ever thing of this sss!

Regarding delivery issues
August 6, 2023

I had created a return for my order, which had been collected ages ago. They have charged additional Rs. 161 for returning the items. I reordered a few items using the credit note for previously returned items. Now what is happening is that the dispatch date of that particular order is being rescheduled every day since I've placed the order. For the first time, it was supposed to be dispatched by August 8,2023. SSS kept rescheduling the date, and today's given dispatch date is August 15,2023. I'm so irritated now. I'm not sure whether I'll get my order delivered. I doubt. It's a humble request to SSS to fix the problem as soon as possible.

Worst experience ever!
This is not the first time I am ordering from SSS.
To start with customer support is pathetic they never answer calls. I have been calling since days but there is no response from the team.
I was trying to place an order and the payment session showed timeout when I tried it again payment went through.
However my money was deducted twice for the same order.
I have been trying to reach customer support for help but it's alway busy.All I get to hear is
(All are executives are busy at the moment and we have raised a ticket for you)
Where is the ticket? Where is the communication?
How does one contact to raise a grievance?

This is the first time when I am so disgust with the standard of quality that has been delivered with this product. These are pathetically awful. Such cheap quality. When I tried walking, I felt like the heels can break anytime. The fit is ugly. Honestly I would not prefer to wear them and be emabarassed or put the company's name into shame. I raised this issue with the company however no one even bother to contact me. I am not sure what's wrong with them.

100% Fraud

The company is a complete fraud. The are refusing to give me a refund because they internally lost my tracking number (how can they not look it up based on my order #) and have completely stopped responding to my emails. I've never written a review about anything ever, but this a complete scam.

Do not order any pre-paid orders on Street Style store...
After placing multiple items orders on the site, they will send you one dress and the rest is Fraud.
Their contact number is always Busy... No Response for any of your Quries...
Facebook, Instagram and Email... There is no response at all after 1 long month

Ordered a pair of boots as seen in the first image. What I received are cheap knock-offs. They were advertised as having fur lining, genuine leather material, and a good amount of detail. The crappy boots I wasted $40 on are shown in the following pictures. Upon contacting the company, they begged me repeatedly to simply keep the boots and have refused to send me the legit product. So I get to spend $25 to return these pieces of crap to China in order to get my money back. But at least these scammers won't have my money anymore, as long as they actually refund my money upon receipt of the return.
