So I try return and exchange policy again the size was same which I received but shoe no was different and I exchange three shoes but I got only 2 shoes 1 shoes was missing when I try to call customer care services the no was busy whole day. I am now checking with my bank to see what they can do to reverse the charges on my account. I ordered a pair of shoes and it has now been close to two months since I placed the order. If you have ordered anything from them and have not received your order within a couple of weeks I wouldn't risk it. I believe your bank only gives you so much time to notify them before you cannot get the charges reversed.

This is a complete SCAM! I tried ordering using a coupon which reduced my price till the very last payment page. And on the last page they went back to the original price. I tried applying coupon again, refreshing page. It didn't work. If I hadn't paid attention till the last, I would probably have ended up paying a lot more and as we know, they do not have any customer service at all. What a rip off company. First it takes 5 months to receive their products, sizings are all wrong, shirts have several thread pulls. I wear a medium and normally it it slightly large, their mediums cannot be button up. I complain and they say "mail it back to where you got it" - so back to China shipping will cost be almost what I paid and take several months - the intest on my credit card would be far more than the refund. These guys are rip offs - avoid - quality at Walmart exceeds this place :/
