I fell in love with a dress on their site, and was so anxious to get it. I ordered it and was told i would recieve it a certain day. When i didnt get it that day, i emailed the company and asked when i would, they said sometime in the week. THEN they emailed me back a second time, after already stating i would get it this week, saying i would not recieve it OVER twently days later. I was so heated. I sent them numerous emails asking many questions as to why such a delay, and they responded 10 hours later, saying my dress was made the wrong size. Now i have to go look for another dress and my prom is in 3 weeks. Very disappointed, i will NEVER order a prom dress from this, or ANY other site now. Do NOT order from storegowns, sears would be a better $#*!ing choice.

My sister was getting married and I was a bridesmaid in her wedding. Us girls ordered our dresses from storedress. I ordered mine, a size 6 and it came in and did not fit me! I emailed and asked about the return policy and they said that since the dresses are made to order I couldn't return it. Thankfully I sold the dress to another bridesmaid! I reordered (this time paying the extra money for custom fitting) and I provided all of my measurements. THE DRESS STILL DID NOT FIT! How you mess up something that you had all the measurements to make and you are supposed to be a professional is beyond me. Also all of us ordered the same dress and 2 came in with different beadwork. NOT IMPRESSED. NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered on this site for the first time and it not only fit perfectly but it came in a lot earlier than expected. It's beautiful and I'm in love with it. Thank you for an amazing dress!

I found this store online and I was attracted by the variety of dresses they offer, so I decided to give it a try. I bought my first wedding gown, and it turned out pretty well. Although it was not 100% identical to the picture I saw online, I thought it was well worth the price I paid. Also, I had it custom made and the dress fits me perfectly.

So i went back to purchase two more dresses. This time shipping was faster, and the dresses were nicely packaged. Both dresses turned out great, although one dress had a bust size that is bigger than what I ordered (it was 35-36 while I ordered 33). I contacted customer service 10 days later, and it is then when I found out they have a 7-day return policy. However, the customer service representative was kind and offered me to take the dress to a local tailor store and they would reimburse the fees to me. So I took my dress to a local tailor store, and as promised, they paid me the tailor fee for the dress.

Overall, I am satisfied with my experience with the store. After all, the dresses are well worth the prices I paid for! I will continue to buy dresses from them.

Just like so many others have stated, I was extremely apprehensive about purchasing my wedding dress without the benefit of trying it on and really knowing what the material and craftsmanship would actually be. My wedding is on December 13,2014 and I procrastinated in making a decision on the dress. I finally ordered it, along with my daughter's dress and other wedding items, on September 12. I wasn't sure the dress would arrive with enough time to allow for any needed alterations so I began looking elsewhere for an emergency backup dress! Well, none of that was necessary because the entire order arrived on September 25. Although the dress was supposed to be tea length, because I'm only 5'3", it turned out floor length. I ordered using the size chart. So in reality the dress was better than I ever imagined in the longer length! The color was perfect ( I ordered it in champagne) and it really flatters my curves and forgives my problem areas. And yes, the dress is very well made and the material and lace are lovely.

I really couldn't be happier! You have an excellent product and process and for someone who is not a standard size I can't say THANKYOU enough :) I will definitely be back for more dresses when I need.
