I order a dress from here, not knowing it was a knockoff, but I don't know if I got lucky or not, but the dress turned out great. I only knew its was this kind of site, after I order my dress, I saw a few bad reviews, and I thought "great, I'll not have a beautiful dress". I asked for my own measurements, the color was basically the same, it arrived on time. It has a bra included, which is nice. The cleavage was slight different, but that's ok. The dress still fits me wonderfully. That is the bigger problem I found with the dress, I wanted the cleavage to be more like the picture. The bigger problem was, indeed, customs, that made me pay a little bit more.
Overall it was a good experience. I trust this website and I don't mind telling people where I bought the dress,

Stop-this store is a scam. I ordered a dress and paid extra for custom measurements. Their website promises to make the dress to your measurements and they guarantee satisfaction. However, when they messed up and made the dress 1 1/2 inches too small, they refused to refund my money. I followed all the rules to request a refund. I sent them a picture with proof the measurements were wrong and they told me that 1-2 inches tolerance was acceptable. Then when I pointed out that the website said it would be made to my exact measurements, then they tired to tell me to take it to a tailor. When I told them the tailor couldn't fix it, they told me my measurements were wrong. It's a scam. I know their prices look great but if you paid $300 and the dress doesn't fit, that's not a good deal.

I ordered a prom dress from this website. I chose a custom size but they contact me via phone telling me the measurements were not correct and i needed to go to a professional tailor shop to get measured. I did that.The dress was fit like a glove. I got the dress in 3 weeks since the day i ordereed the dress. Just a little upset that the customs needed me pay for the extra charge. But that is ok. I was willing to pay for it. I still recommend this website..

BEWARE of this SCAM COMPANY! I bought a $200 wedding dress from them and even paid the extra to have it custom fitted. When i got it, it did not fit at all ANYWHERE! And it came with a big rip in it. FLORA the woman I texted told me I could not send it back and could not get any refund! I even sent her pictures of how horrible the dress was, and still NOTHING! I'm filing a dispute with my cc company, I have all the texts and pictures to show! I'm also going all over the internet to let people know not to buy from this company! They lie to you, cheat you and take your money! SCAM COMPANY!

Very good delivery service. We ordered several custom size dresses. And we thought it would need another few days to receive our order. And then they just came. What a surprise!

I purchased a wedding gown from StoreDress.Com, it was so not what I expected. They have a 7 day return policy, In which I e'mailed them within the alotted time frame asking for their return address and a full refund.

FLORA did not respond until I sent the 2nd E'MAIL stating I missed the deadline, I sent her the original E'MAIL showing the date and time sent. She has not responded.

I am a officer, and I sent it from my work e'mail. I want my money back.

Their website is the best, there are guidelines for measurement and sizes, and the sizes are so accurate, I received my dresses and they fit perfectly, I didn't even have to adjust them by an inch.
Their customer service is the best, I asked a few questions before I finally decided which dresses to order and they responded promptly, they were very helpful and I felt very comfortable doing business with them even though I had never bought anything from them before, moreover after I ordered the dresses, they thought I had made a mistake on my order and they sent me an e-mail and they called me just to get clarification, this was nice of them, I was touched, it's really unlike other online stores.
My dresses were delivered on time, they promised me that I would get them within five weeks and I received them within about four and a half weeks, they arrived intact with no sign that they had been done in a hurry, I was so happy.
The quality of the fabric is so good, I was so impressed, I didn't expect it, considering the amount that I paid for the dresses.
For the designs that I chose, the dresses were 95% as in the pictures displayed on their site, there were just some little differences, but overall the dresses were perfect, I'm a happy bride, and i'll surely recommend them to my friends.
I also loved the fact that I didn't have to open a paypal account to purchase their dresses, all I needed was a visa card, and that's it.
Oh and they gave me a coupon, a discount, just for shopping with them I got a 'welcometo storedress' coupon, I was blown away by this because I didn't expect it.
