I ordered a battery for my ageing laptop. It had a higher watt-hour rating than replacement batteries on other sites. I also ordered a media bay battery which was not available anywhere else. Both arrived and fit perfectly. Delivery was at the higher end of their estimated time but I was kept informed throughout of the delivery progress.

The battery I ordered arrived. It took a little longer than I expected and arrived 19 days after order (ordered on 13 April and arrived on Tue 2 May). However, the tracking number and information was provided so I could track the parcel through this time. When package arrived, it was exactly what I ordered.
