I ordered a basketball sweater for my son on December 6,2021 to be sure to have it by Christmas. No luck. They sent me a "review your product satisfaction email" before I received it! Impossible to talk to anyone. Their online chat bot is fully automated and sends you in circles.
I finally spoke to someone in the US, reordered, with a guarantee to reship by January 24th and get it by the 25th. No luck. Never shipped again. I called back asking for a refund and they said they have to create a ticket and someone would get back to me. Still waiting.
Shakira provided me with excellent customer service! She made sure that my package arrived on time. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Attempted multiple different orders from this site. Every order was cancelled with no explanation other than that they were unable to verify my orders. No idea what this means as I used a valid address and multiple valid payment methods. Items also appear to be in stock. They say that they are unable to discuss orders via email communication.
My Husband had ordered me a t-shirt back on Dec 3,21 and it came all the way to hamilton ontario Canada. Just to be sent back to China beacuse they did not put our whole address on the postal slip. I have tried for over a week to find some where or some one to call to find out where my t-shirt is. Not to happy at all. Besides all of this I am getting a earfull from my husuband because they screwed up. What a joke. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE...
Frankly for a multi-billion dollars franchise all the experience leaves quite to be desired, first of all it's extremely difficult to get ahold of someone from customer service, secondly the shipping and delivery takes too much time and last but not least the quality of the items is really bad, the masks that I have ordered don't even have the logo or the holographic label, it's almost as if they're not official merch, the t-shirt was bad quality and arrived already stained with sticky material, all and all awful experience!

1st. False advertisement when you order it before christmas. Advertised that it will be shipped 3-10 days, very confident that it will arrive before christmas, ordered on Dec 6 it was advertise that it will arrive December 21, then when i placed the order the delivery date was moved to December 31!
2nd. I've been following up and the item was actually shipped on december 28. Guess what, it didnt arrive ofcourse on december 31 and only delivered on January 17!
3rd. I would have forgiven all the hassle that it was supposed to be a gift for christmas delivered after almost 2 months if the item was perfect! Holy molly! Its a knock off hoodie! Very poorly made... cheap print! And size is smaller than i expect it, its like youth size! Paid $93 for this piece of $#*!!
Bought a city classic jersey for Christmas present with granddaughters name on the back. Custom order $170. Ordered mens large. When it came in, it was sized wrong by the manufacturer and measured a mens small even though it said large. NBA store did take it back and refund money after some effort but not before our grand daughter tried it on and thought she was to fat to fit in a mens large jersey. And not before it was to late to get a replacement. That made for a special Xmas moment
Fortunately, we had also ordered the same city classic jersey from $#*!s with a players name on it ( instead of customizing it with granddaughters name) and although it didn't come in till 2 weeks after Christmas, it almost made up for it.
I coouldnt track my order I had to text someone on their site then they gave me a weird number I will never order from her again never received my hoodie
No legitimate phone number. No legitimate tracking details. No informative responses to email enquirers looking for lost order. These guys will evade providing you information. Repeatedly ask for address, email and name to avoid answering questions. Customer service is certainly not a priority. They will take your money and not provide your items. What a nightmare! Never again!
I ordered a nba jersey for a friend as a Christmas present. I was so disappointed. The product is very poor quality and basically a knockoff. Instead of embroidered emblem or vinyl. It was as if they took a photo of jersey and printed material to make jersey. Not even close to what they show on their website. Shame on me for not checking this site out better. No phone number to call. No address. You can only email them and I have no response yet from their "customer service" Basically I'll eat the money spent. Do not purchase from them!
As per the headline... no response when you contact them - either by email or messenger on social media. Not sure how this happens... this is the store you end up on from the NBA website!?
I ordered November 30,2021. 4 items were received promptly however an item promised by 12/31/21 has not been shipped by and I cannot get information on a shipping date or even if it will ship. Christmas ruined for my grandson! After calls to customer service I still don't know. They offered 30% off my next purchase as an apology but I doubt if it will be any good when you know where freezes over which will be the next time I order from them. Evidently they have zero control or ability to find out anything from their warehouses.
Logo on back was off center and the quality of the shirt was just garbage. Scratchy and see through. Customer service was not helpful and it took 2 weeks to get here. Now we are 3 days out before Xmas and I have to go shopping.
I'm sorry but when you pay a tee-shirt 100€... The MINIMUM is to deliver it in a box! I was chock that it was just in a poo transparent plastic bag.

Do not order from any of the Fanatic websites (NBA Store, NFL Shop, etc)! I placed an order on NBA Store for a Golden State Warriors hoodie. It appeared to be in stock on the website. A couple of days later I received an email that there was a delay and no shipping information was available and that I could cancel at any time. I called three times to cancel and see when I would get a refund. Got the run-around every time I called. "Oh, we have to write up a ticket. You should receive an email. We can't issue you as refund because the back end department does that." These people are CON ARTISTS! The supervisor I was directed to on the last call (if she actually was a supervisor) initially tried to give me a 30% off coupon. Huh?
These people are CON ARTISTS. I wish I had come across these reviews before I placed my order. The negative reviews are true and I question the validity of any positive reviews since I wouldn't put it past Fanatics to have their employees post the positive revies. If you have had the unfortunate luck of dealing with these people and have trouble getting your money back I encourage you to contact your state Attorney General's office and file a consumer complaint. What the Fanatics is doing is fraud and theft!
I ordered a curry jersey the day they came out they transact it gave me an order number now two weeks later they telling me they don't have it and they're sending my money in seven business days when it's a few weeks till Christmas bunch of bull$#*! $#*! NBA store
I ordered a pair of shoes for my son on October 26th and paid for three day shipping. My card was charged, I got an email confirmation, and I received a tracking number when they were shipped October 27th. The tracking said the estimated delivery was November 1st. Then it was delayed until the 4th. On Nov 4th it updated to "out for delivery." Never got the shoes. I emailed the delivery service, Lasership, and the response was sorry for the delay they are working on it. Still didn't have them as of November 7th so I emailed again and got the same response. Today is Nov 8th and I call NBA Store only to find out the shoes never shipped because they were out of stock! What the heck?! I am supposed to be getting a refund(I better be!) but I am curious what package was supposedly being tracked and why they charged my card and confirmed shipping if they were never sent?!
I have made an order on 24/7/2021 and still have not received it. After 4 complain emails i have no idea when they are going to deliver it. The estimated delivery date is still 11/8 btw.
NBA store never sent the Jersey I ordered and they didn't tell me they cancelled the order till I reached out to them multiple times. Then they sent me a coupon that couldn't even be used on the item 1 item I needed to buy as a gift. Completely unprofessional. Will never purchase from this site again.
Answer: You have the same as me and many other people apparently. I ordered with express delivery, been waiting 8 days now and still not a single update. It's as if they took my money and have no intention of delivering anything.
