Impossible to contact them. Only way is virtual & that too is impossible as keep saying unavailable. I want to change the size of my sons shirt which I tried next day after ordering but looks like I've wasted my money. If it's impossible to contact them..., then they are not a good company. Don't order from this store.
Where to begin! Zero customer service, unreliable shipping, impossible to communicate. This business should be Shut down. Thieves.
I placed am order on Nov 25. It says it's still in processing but also says expected delivery is Dec 14th. Today is Dec 16th. Nothing! I will never order here again. Use a more reputable site! If I ever get my order, I will review the actual merchandise
Do not buy from this site if you want to be sure you get what they say you pay for. I have been waiting over a month for a Jersey that Said 3-5 working days to deliver. On top of that they are impossible to reach and does not reply to emails as I have sent several over the last month and have still to recive even one reply….

I was helping my daughter purchase items for her boyfriend on both the NBAshop.com and NFLshop.com (owned by the affiliate I believe) as she had told me that she had placed the same order twice, and both times it was canceled and refunded. So I tried placing the same orders and low and behold, my orders were also canceled and refunded. I "chatted" with them to find out what processing errors that were found that would cause them to immediately cancel and refund in less than an hour.
The representative stated that she could not see what caused it but most likely it was because the billing address did not match the card info.
I know that this is BS because I make it a practice to review my info anytime I place an online order, and I use the exact same info each and every time.
The fact that they cannot give you a definitive answer as to why so you can make corrections is ridiculous and wastes consumers time.
It only took these two experiences for me to never use these two sites again, and will definitely pass my experience on to family and friends to help sway them away from wasting their time! So Kudos NBA/NFLshop.com, you really know how to push customers away.
Trash quality, not 100% cotton, communication = 0, I paid 30e for extra delivery(1-4) = 10 days bro...
Worst service ever recieved from any online store. Placed order on 17th November and it suppose to be delivered by 30th November and its 2 December today and when i called them to ask about my order, they are saying that we don't have the sizes which you ordered. Never order from this site
This company is awful. I ordered 3 items from Fanatics/NBA store. I only received two of them. One was broken and the other wasn't even the right team. Even returning them was an awful experience. I still haven't gotten what I actually ordered. This was purchased with the intent of wearing it to an NBA game. I didn't have any of it when attending the game. The photo is of what was supposed to be a Nuggets jacket.
The NBA Store uses DHL to ship their products and it takes forever to get to you. You'll probably wear a different size by the time you get it. :) Took over 10 days to get from Las Vegas, NV to El Paso, TX (only 700 miles away)
Twice already I have placed orders and twice they have taken my money and then sent an email stating that they do not have the items in stock. So you're basically in limbo waiting for these items without ever knowing when they'll arrive. Stop taking people's money if you don't have the items! What kind of business is this? Never again.
Also the customer service is hit or miss. Mostly miss. I tried to reach someone for two days regarding an order and the chat line kept saying unavailable and the wait times for a call were insane.

First we lost half a day because you havent informed on your website that it was not working. Later you haven't given us promised 10% discount as new customer. And when we paid you did not send any confirmation. You are a total disaster! Fix it or go bancrupt!
If you are buying something from this company and has a timeframe, DON'T! They do not deliver on time and takes a looooong time because I think their product has to be ship to you from China. I tried emailing them and as expected, no response. They don't even have a phone number to call because it won't stop ringing I bet. Horrible experience with this company. So disappointed that my items won't be here in time for my cousin's birthday. Might have to rewrap it as a Christmas present now.

I'm still waiting to know WHY your customer asked me to send captions of the emails I sent to prove I asked for you to change the number of the shirt 10 minutes after confirming the order if all along you were going to answer me back saying that that information is totally irrelevant to the case. Why have you been telling me "you're on the case" when in the end all you've done is send me a "copy paste" text from your terms and conditions.
You know, all you need to do is send a new shirt with the number I asked for. Surely you can afford to do that... But you'd much rather keep me upset and, angry even, to actually do the right thing because you don't want to admit you slipped... You ignored my email completely and didn't do your job right. It's totally unacceptable. This shirt was a very special present for my husband for his first father's day after years of IVF, I wanted to give him something special, something that he'll have for years and would be able to pass it on to his son.
But hey, who am I to you? A customer that will never ever purchase on your site again but you don't care because you'll have plenty other customers.
Check your reviews because customers say some terrible things about you (I wish I had read them instead of trusting blindly in a multinational company). It's time you read those reviews and actually did something about it but I doubt you will as the words "proactive" "empathy" and "humility" are not in your dictionary.
I just purchased a jersey and they threw on a 13.99 charge for special shipping that I never asked for. A good company will give you an option to click on the special shipping not just automatically add it. They could take a lesson from Amazon. The NBA touts being such a moral entity but these practices show it's just for show! Shame on you!
I spent over 300$ on the nba store but yet to receive any of my orders 3 months later. As a teen throwing 300$ away doesn't feel great. I'd recommend purchasing from sponsers like Nike or adidas as I've never been let down by an online order by them. Just wanted my bloody Celtics jersey ffs
