I had an order with five separate products only four were shipped customer service said they would put a tracking on it and credit my account because I needed to buy another one since Christmas is around the corner they never sent me a tracking nor did they follow up and credit my account these people are awful and unethical and full of crap
I have to say I have been buying from Stoneberry for about a year now and have not had a single problem with my orders or the merchandise. What I have purchased is quality merchandise at a price comparable to any other site. Stay with brand names you know and trust.
The interest and late fees are high. But. Just about all of the store like this? So, nothing new.
My experience, You can get quality products, with low prices and make payments over time easily. Pay off early to avoid fees. Its great to have a site like this.
I was not looking for a handout I called and explained my situation planned on making my payment just needed some help I was shot down not able to explain my situation. Pointblank ask after I explained "why is it you can't make your payment?. Totally blew my mind. I have dealt with customer service on both sides of the fence. I Pray she never sits from where I am setting because she absolutely has no compassion and apparently neither does her superior. I will get it paid off eventually but I will never purchase from them again. I will never recommend them to anyone. I kept Products that should've been sent back (Wrong sizes, not as pictured or as advertised) because the shipping was too much to be sent back and will still pay for them. Everyone, I know is going through some kind of trial right now but apparently not Stoneberry Credit Counselling Services, why even put the number on there and say call we can help.
I've talked to stoneberry a few times on the phone. Always respectful and nice. U get what you give in life most often. Now I have enjoyed my products. I do have to say that like the rugs. Don't buy them if u have any ocd tendencies, like me. They are not straight or even, beautiful still but it does bother me at times... but lots of companies are dealing with the same manufacturers so no biggie. I do love my bedroom rugs I bought even tho ocd thing kinda throws me at times. Otherwise customer service has been great!
I may be complaining about something small here but it's the principle. Been doing business with this company for a few years now and with the exception of a couple of returns, have never had a problem. Last week I was going to order two small toys at $13 each. There was a $13 shipping charge which I thought was a little high but I was willing to pay it. What I was not willing to pay was the $15 shipping surcharge they tried to tack on it. $28 shipping for two items that together were smaller in size and weighed less than a third of a loaf of bread. No one else I order from has a surcharge, and I might be willing to pay a small surcharge on larger items or larger orders, but not this.
I've ordered from stoneberry for 2 years now and never had any issues. My credit line went from 200 to now 400 hundred and i have been satisifed with all the items i have purchased from here. No comment on customer service because i have never had to contact them

I ordered some gifts for my stepdaughter from here. The prices were actually fantastic, the shipping was very fast and the packaging was great. My step-daughter absolutely loves her gifts and it wasn't even $100. Will definitely use again and I highly recommend.
The people down grading this company were probably born with a silver spoon and had their butts wiped by their mothers all thru high school and possibly still til this day. THEY SELL good products and have THE BEST SERVICE, BEFORE< DURING AND AFTER THE SALE! Even if you return the items. I give them 5k stars. Have been a loyal customer for many many years and,, THEY treat me like royalty. I recommend them HIGHLY!
StoneBerry wrote a fraudulent check and debited money from my checking account without my permission. My intent is take legal action against them. There was no valid reason for this transaction. My account was up to date. I was not able to speak to a live person, after multiple calls. I am done with this company. You should be aware of their actions.
I applied for credit through them and i received a call from a call rep named tony, i have never in my life had a customer service rep be so rude and completely disrespectful! Like literally my mouth dropped with the way he spoke to me. I am a sales representative myself and i dont understand how he still has a job. I ended up hanging up on him and saying forget even working with this company. If a company treats potential customers this way i could imagine how they treat people who owe them a bill!
I purchased a pair of overall that we're extremely big, returned them. Ordered a coat on December 20 and I was charged $17.99 for shipping. The coat is still not here as of January 7. Stoneberry used FedEx along with UPS. What wince does that make?

I've been trying for an hour now to get a supervisor, because that's where customer service sends me, they keep disconnecting on me. I have a part missing from pressure washer. I read their whole contract it says nothing on a time period to send back, but they say it's past 60 days, I can't send it back. So, they stole over $200.00 from me and I can't get through to get an answer! This company is not going! Read reviews before purchase. I'm not the only person who has been they stole from! Buyer beware!

Been a long term customer. Bought a pair of flats and sizing based on reviews. Shoes came and too big so I had to return. I always check for discount codes and none available. Paid $16 to get these shoes and $12 to return them. So now I owe $30 for shoes I don't even own!
Now everyday my emails are full of free shipping, 20% off etc. i would rather buy from Macy's where shipping is free and so are returns.

The only information available on their website is the total cost and tracking number. Now I have to pay to have it shipped back. They do that to mess people's credit up from write-offs and collections. Bad business. DON'T DO IT! You will be paying double what the product is worth.
Ordered a laptop from there and after so many months it stops working, won't charge or anything. I emailed them for a month and got no reply from them, so I finally called them and they said practically I'm going to have to keep paying on it cause they won't except the computer back, then gave me a number for a warranty place to get it fixed, I will have to pay $25 shipping fee there and $25 for them to send it back to me, are you kidding me. I will never use stoneberry again. Who wants to keep paying for something that doesn't work!
Horrible customer service, the lady was very rude to my mother who tried to order two tablets for Christmas she was rude to her from the very beginning and to the end of their conversation, the lady at one point told my mother that she don't have too give her the id number to make her purchase as a company who lives off your customer's dime please make aware to your employees to treat your customers with respect the same way you would want to be treated, and tell your employee if their having a bad day take their attitude elsewhere and not on the customers that is all..
Ordered my son a Nintendo switch for his birthday after receiving $750 credit line from these joker's. After a week of my order pending, I called. First time at noon, then at 4:30, then at 7:30 pm. Each time they were experiencing, "High call volumes" (seriously?) Finally after being on hold for over 25 minutes, the guy was shocked that I received a credit line of $750, and said my credit was being checked. First of all, they just offer credit to anyone? And, I didn't give anyone permission to run my credit. He told me to call back tomorrow (today) and they'll have an answer for me. Well, I just called, and conveniently, their customer service center is closed due to bad weather. Well, I cancelled my order online, and will just go to Walmart, and buy my son his Nintendo switch. Idiots...
I have made three purchases from them and liked two of them REALLY well. The other, not so much (which is why I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars).
Here's what I learned, though: when shopping on this site, buy a name brand, not something that's an "off" brand. Returns are not free, and for what I paid for shipping on the pair of "off" brand shoes I didn't like -- well, it just wasn't worth returning them. I figured it was a bit like flushing my money down the toilet (I may never wear these shoes as they just look kinda cheap and weird), but lesson learned.
The other two items -- a pair of Birkenstocks and a set of Pfaltzgraff dishes -- were GREAT. Excellent quality, arrived quickly, no issues whatsoever. And yes, these items are overpriced compared to what you'd pay at another retailer (like Amazon), but for those of us who are rebuilding our credit, it's a great way to be able to have a high-quality item that you can make payments on over time.
I also must note that two mugs were chipped in the set of dishes I ordered, and customer service was both prompt and courteous -- and they got new mugs shipped out to me very quickly from the manufacturer. I was 100% happy with my experience and did not find them even slightly rude. On the contrary, I felt like a valued customer.

We ordered 2 items. One called a heavy duty extra large dog crate. It is flimsy and won't stay up. It is NOT extra large. The second one was a 2-piece bathroom set that came out amid several bits of loose carpet material. Thinking it was just poor packing procedures we put it down. It is very small compared to pictures, VERY thin and that carpeting material? It came from the product which is falling apart and leaves dye on wet feet. Since it's a red product it looks like someone's leavibg bloody footprints. Very disturbing event.
Trying to return and cancel this, they want us to pay to ship them back.
