I am so glad that I found Stock Donator as they provided excellent service at a low commission fee. We received the check with the proceeds within about 3 weeks of when we were notified that a donor wanted to donate stocks. They communicated very well So I'm very satisfied and highly recommend them.
Great customer service. Jonathan was very helpful. I wish the money can be sent electronically to our bank account to eliminate paper check and snail mail. I would think this will be less costly for Stockdonator.
I've used this numerous times to donate appreciated stock to my kid's school's PTA organization. The site works well - the design is a little funky, but the functionality is perfect. I will use it again, and I highly recommend StockDonator.

I, a retired teacher, was trying to make a stock donation to a smallish local environmental group that does not have a brokerage house, so they had chosen Stock Donator to handle donations for them. I think after this experience they probably will stick with Stock Donator and not get involved with a brokerage house.
I ran into difficulty because of a huge mistake I made AND because of an issue with the brokerage house. The response from a member of the Stock Donator team was above and beyond. He was with me every step of the way and I was tempted to bake cookies and send them to him but he's in LA and I'm in Boston and the shipping charges would be outrageous.
My stock broker Etrade really dragged their feet, but that was not the fault of Stock Donator. The Stock Donator site is easy to navigate and I will use them again. Thank you.
I've used Stock Donator since 2015. It's easy to set up and use. I'm a volunteer board member at the charity I donate to so I know it works well at both ends of the transaction.

They helped my non-profit accept a donation from a donor. It was a large stock donation and it gave my donor a huge tax break. I didn't have to do much and they took care of the paperwork. We got a check in the mail shortly thereafter. Great service!

Stock Donator was no help in this transfer. Had to spend 4 hours with Vanguard to complete.

To the extent we have the options to make accepting stock transfers quicker on our end, we always make those options available. For example, we do allow for electronic transfers of some forms depending on the brokerage firm. Also we always allow for the option of receiving the proceeds of the stock donation proceeds via transfers using ACH and wire transfers.
