Is stockdonor licensed to be a stock broker. There is nothing on the site indicating they have the required registration and licenses to be a broker..

Stock Donator is not a stock broker. Stock Donator offers no investment advise nor does it sell securities to investors. It is a platform that allows non profit organizations to receive stock donations.
