Buyer beware
April 15, 2017

Do not build w this builder! Thank goodness we had a gut feeling after the kept missing deadline we went to the town hall to check on the situation and when we were told they still owed money for the permits we backed out. So happy because the neighborhood is still empty w 2 semi completed homes... so scary we almost made the biggest mistake of our lives. I never thought the write a review either but after I drove by the lot today only to see a sign posted by the town that they reject the road and to drive into the neighbor at your own risk! I had instant chest pain and felt compelled to write this tonight.

What they do is wait to get some $#*! like me to buy a house. Then they pay contractors out of that because they have no money.so when your house takes 16 months to build it's because they are waiting to sell another house to pay the contractors to finish yours. Just don't waste your time with these 2 hacks

Once you sign your contract, and pay your deposit, they avoid you like the plague. They will tell you your home will be built in 90-120 days, don't believe it! You will be lucky if you get in within 6 months. Don't bother trying to call and find out what's going on or when your home will be complete, they will ignore you. The builder, Keith makes his wife talk to everyone and hides behind her. My "we owe you" list is 2 pages long, been in our home for over a year, they still have not completed the punch list. All of my neighbors have the same problem. They do not stand behind their homes and are dishonest and show no regard for your time restrictions. We were homeless for 2 months, had to stay in a hotel because we closed on our old house and the new house was not ready when we were told it would be. If they had communicated with us and were honest, we would have not have closed on the old house when we did. They also will not reimburse us for hotel expenses even though they promised we would be in within 4 months and they took over 6 months. I honestly don't know how they are still in business, every home owner I've talked to in this neighborhood has all negative to say about this builder. Wish I knew before I built this house. I'm writing this review for that reason. We did searches for reviews and could not find any, so we thought must be ok. Now I know better. Sadly, most people don't want to be bothered to write the review and most are still waiting for them to come back and finish things so they don't dare write a review. That's unfortunate since it seems no one is happy with their experience with this builder. Hope this review helps someone.
