Stealth Angel Survival

This is a terrible company! I received a bag that was severely damaged, and have been trying for the past two months to return it, without success. I just have been either ignored or gotten evasive or not-pertinent replies. Do not trust this vendor!

This product stopped charging after 2 weeks of use. It was being used to power a safety light for me while cycled the length of the UK. Having it die was not only inconvenient but increased my risk on the road. I called customer service twice with no response. When I emailed customer service they simply stated products are only warrantied for 2 months (I had bought the device 3 months ago). What poor customer service, poor product, and overall waste of money and time dealing with the company.

This double burner from Stealth Angel is awesome! We use it primarily for camping, but have also used it for cooking on the back deck when an extra burner is needed. It's very easy to set up and heats up things quickly!

I bought my son and each of my son in laws one of these kits from Stealth. Every one of them marvelled at the bag itself without even knowing what was in it. Then they were literally kids as they removed each item. They could not believe how many things were in there. Very pleased with this purchase!

I bought solar chargers and no e of them charge in the sun. Twice I've written reviews and they don't post. Look at any product and you will se no bad reviews. I've bought some stuff that is decent but most of their stuff is junk.

I place a few hundred dollar order with Stealth Angel Survival early July. It took weeks to receive the 3 of the 5 items I order and they were the small valued items. I have had over 16 emails to them to get the 2 remaining high cost items from my order. And have yet to get a reply. Their phone system is bogus and no one answers, and their email response time is about as timely as the Pony Express was in days of old. I would suggest finding a different supplier for these types of items. I will not be ordering from the them in the future.

Love that I can set up and disassemble this tent I was recommended from Stealth very quickly. The vents work well to cool down the inside when I wake up too hot in the night. 2 person tent is great size for me and my dog. We could probably fit one more person in there if we needed to. Very happy with this purchase.

Love that there are pockets for everything and some key products are included in this survival vest. Grab this, grab my backpack, and I'm ready for any emergency. We live in fire and earthquake zones, so this is important. I would highly recommend Stealth Angel Survival products. Any day!

I ordered one item. They added an item by deception. Just like as seen on TV items. They don't answer the phone you only get a recording. They have not returned my phone calls. When I discovered what the did I immediately sent an email and called to canceled order. They sent an email 4 hours later saying the items have shipped. 2 hours later I received an email saying your items have just shipped. Also they were able to get approval on a close Credit Card account and it was trans to a new credit card.

They have 193 reviews 77 poor with 8 verified. 110 excellent with only 1 verified purchase. That is 40% crummy reviews and 56 excellent reviews, Zero good reviews and the rest are average or worse.

Bought this first aid kit for my girl scout troop. We have been using a janky lunchkit for years. This kit has everything you need and more! I was so impressed with all this kit had to offer and have been sharing that fact with other troops. They put so much thought into creating this kit. I LOVE the labeled sections so when you pull something out you know where it goes or where it needs replacing. It is easy to carry around or attach to your backpack/belongings. I absolutely love the bracelet and knife that came in the kit. Both are fantastically designed. A whole lot of thought went into this creation! Love it!

Got one of their kits and most of the items are cheaply made. One of the radios I received in my order couldn't hold a charge and I was ignored when I requested either a refund or a replacement for it. Go to a better supplier, it may be a little more expensive but it will be worth knowing your items will be ready for you when you need them most. Stay safe

I was very disappointed in the quality and small size of this backpack. I only opened the small front pouch 3 times and the zipper broke off leaving the pouch wide open, not able to close. This company wouldn't stand behind there cheaply made backpack because it was past 60 days!

Customer service representative was obtuse, rude and unprofessional. Asked to speak with supervisor or owner- she hung up on me. Called back, same response. Emailed company and received reply stating someone would contact me but they never did.
I highly suspect their google rating of 4.4.
I would advise other consumers to look elsewhere.
REI and Uncharted Supply Co. Are very respectable companies with quality merchandise and service.

I was impressed with all aspects of this business. It's hard to know which businesses can be trusted when shopping online, but this one is legit! I ordered 2 backpacks for both of my sons. The transaction was easy, they shipped immediately and were excellent quality. I also appreciated their follow up via email and always felt like I had multiple ways to connect with them if there was ever an issue. Thanks for being dependable!

Just a heads up, if you love survival gear and camping gear like my husband and I DO NOT purchase from Stealth Angel. The items I ordered were of poor quality not what I thought it would be from how it looked online.
And they have the worst customer service! It took me a long time to get a response and when I did I sent them my order number as asked and haven't heard back since! I've tried calling left messages more emails and NOTHING. Screw that place! You're also completely responsible paying for all your items to be shipped back (after finding the return policy) and you have to wait a long time before getting a refund if they even get back to you.
I will never order anything from them again.
I will be way more careful when it comes to stores I order from for our camping and survival gear.
I will continue to spread my experience across social media and in person so ppl know.

Bought a solar power bank and it doesn't hold a charge or provide any power. Stealth Angel won't answer emails or stand by their promised guarantee. Low ratings of items are removed or never posted to their website. IG posts asking for help are deleted.

Do not buy anything that you may have to return. I returned a mask and small survivor kit (which looked like trinkets upon arrival). I called to check on my return (which i paid priority for because.), the girl spit a policy response and hung up in my face when I asked if she would at least check. So, I have no clue of the status of anything. Sp pleasant.

I ordered three solar chargers, one for myself and 2 for gifts. The arrived today and I was so excited to receive them. I'm a senior and not very tech savvy, but I can read and follow instructions. When I saw the manual for these chargers I could have cried. I've never seen anything so terrible, in no way understandable. This sure doesn't speak well for the product. It would take pennies to have these properly written so the cultures buying product could follow the instructions, so the manufacturer can't be a very good reliable company. I'm going to post photos so you can understand what I'm dealing with. I've not been able to reach the seller yet.

I ordered 5 solar chargers to give as Christmas presents. Mine would not charge in the sun. I contacted the company to get a replacement or refund. It took 26 days for them to write, "Just simply return the product to the following address. We will process a refund for you as soon as we receive it." They offered no return label or compensation for shipping. I have no confidence that my money will be refunded. I wrote 8 messages, received 4 responses, it took 23 days. I will now contact my credit card company for assistance.

I received my first order from Stealth Angle. The backpack has a 12 inch slice on its side. It appears to be cut by a box opener knife. It came to me "Out of the Box" this way. I emailed support and haven't received a response. I do not recommend this business.
