I never received my order and I can't get anyone to acknowledge that fact. I've emailed several times and left messages.
I bought many items from stealth. I was so excited for my products. The items I have probems with are the solar powered flashlights and the 4 solar powered panelled phone charger. All worked for awhile but soon enough the phone charger died, no matter how long or different ways we tried setting it in the sun, nothing. Then one day a few weeks later, it worked once more, and quit again. When it did work, it was amazing and loved it. Secondly, our flashlights were working perfectly, 1 died, then began working again then another one stopped working. I still have hope the light and emergency flashing lights will also randomly start working again. Even though they work again, you don't know when or if they will. I need a flashlight that works when I need it to. Only because it has a hammer, seat belt cutter and compass its still usable.
I tried getting ahold of customer service to exchange these products and NOTHING. I repeatedly emailed company, get a return email someone will get back to you and no one ever did, it also liked re- asking the same question, how can I help you. That was several months ago. I finally gave up.
It amazes me that a company who could have a fantastic loyal brand following but are insisting on destroying themselves by giving horrible customer service. Refusing to allow customers to send back faulty products? Or when they actually do, refuse to refund and make customers spend their own money on shipping?
No one will buy again nor spread anything positive.
Their business will not last long at this rate. It also sounds like this company has one person working in customer service and is one terrible and nasty woman. The bad reviews are mostly regarding bad customer service.
I wish I had seen these (hard to find) reviews before purchasing anything as I would not have bought as much as I did or anything at all really.
I bought 2 solar chargers, 2 solar light bulbs and 3 solar flashlights all junk! That's a lot of money to spend on JUNK! POWER OUTTAGE & no way to charge my phone, which is dying great!
This Kit is amazing. I totally love it. I saved hundreds of dollars ordering just this all in one back packing kit. It seriously saved me so much.
The Customer service lady is very rude and hateful. I will never order from this company again. I will tell everyone I know not to order from them.

I would have given a 0 but there was not an option for it. I had the wonderful privilege of speaking with a Manager name Mary and she could not be bothered.
I explained to her I was unhappy with my product which was a 144hour earthquake backpack that did not look anything like the advertised picture which in the real world is false advertisement. She explained that it is not false advertisement that all bags are the same size. I was about to tell her that the bag also was missing some things out of it that was also advertised to come in it however was too busy trying to explain while being talked over by a unprofessional person that I would never have employed in customer service with her attitude.
My thing is if you don't want to do your job and treat the people with respect the same people that keep you employed by them giving you there business then simply don't work!
I was not able to get to the things missing because she was soo aggressive in the way she was speaking to me.
I thought for sure she had to be a new Customer service Agent By her lack of knowledge in all and not knowing how to assist a customer properly so I ask for her Manager and she said I am a Manager. To my surprise coupled with her unprofessionalism and how initially when she came on the line her tone and how short she was with me and even talking over me saying things like if you are not happy with the product send it back. Who says that to a customer. She also hung up on me.
I never raised my voice once or talk disrespectfully to her.The thing is I walked away with my dignity in tact but for her I can't say the same.
We all will carry our own load.
I am very unhappy with the product the bag was smaller then pictured so please on your advertisement picture put a little disclaimer that it would be smaller than pictured because that is the first thing that attracts the eye.
Second the bag was missing warming blanket, tent and radio and did not have the 144 hour amount of food it said it would.
It all could have been corrected and just a little compassion goes a long way.
Always satisfied with my purchases from Stealth. Always satisfied with the quality of the products I get from them. Just a fantastic store.
I ordered camo face masks with first class USPS options. The items were never shipped. Be aware and stay away!

Avoid this scam shop. I ordered one heater and received it. Then they charged me for five more without authorization.
Returned product the day I got it. Tracking says item returned. No refund no response no nothing. They are breaking the law and scamming all of you.
Ordered the Zen cooler took 8 weeks to receive it. You cant get ahold of them and they wont pay for return shipping.

Answer: I received a defective backpack, it had a cut on it, from a box cutter, (it appeared). I emailed stealth angle and they sent a replacement which I received a week later ( which was in perfect condition). Stealth Angle made good on the transaction and in my opinion deserve recognition for that towards their reputation. Scott.
