I was planning on writing a review about rapid testing STI home kits that you didn't have to mail to a lab, but the package never showed up. Tracking information once it left China was non existent. I have requested a refund. Hopefully i can get my money back.
Ordered from them and it's billed from Korea. Your back account will be flagged as stolen if you have a good bank. Card will be frozen. I should of looked at the reviewsame more closely on this site. Just look at there names that gave it a five star review.

It is purely a protection mechanism from the bank, this is in your best interest. As this is from a few years ago, the Korea billing is not applicable anymore. I'm really mad at this company. They said they will send my STD test in 5 days. But no, I wait 7 days for my test kit because they were lazy on weekend. This is not good. I received the test kit but I don't even need this test now because I already buy it from somewhere else!
I have been writing and trying to contact customer service for my order placed on 24/4/2020 but to no avail. I was only given a tracking no. Australia Post EP*******NZ - and a website that has no Status updates. Please advice when will my order be received. Hopefully to hear from the customer service soon.

I ordered the kit two weeks ago and still waiting. The tracking number gives the same information from day one. Not that helpful. I thought with 13 bucks shipping fees, this will arrive within couple of weeks or earlier. i'm already disappointment and wouldn't order anything from this website. I ordered another rapid test kit last week and it's already here. I didn't even pay shipping fees.
Thank you for the feedback Derek. Your review is from a few years ago but I would still like to respond. The tracking of USPS is indeed rather limited. The delivery date can be seen once the order is in the US. We are currently looking into offering express shipments through an other carrier.

I found out about stdrapidtestkits.com after a friend of mine discovered she had chlamydia. We'd dated some of the same guys and I was worried that I might have caught something without realizing it. According to her doctor, chlamydia was one of the most common STD's around and it usually didn't show symptoms. I just didn't want to take that chance with my health and especially didn't want to spread it to anyone else that I might be sexually intimate with.
Stdrapidtestkits.com was a great alternative for my budget and had quick test results. Although I haven't contracted any sexually transmitted diseases, just the fact that I can check and know for sure is a great relief. The shipping is cheap too, and I usually receive my test a week or two after ordering. I also order tests for people that I'm dating or thinking about becoming intimate with, just to be sure that both of us are healthy before engaging in sexual activities. Some of my prospective partners have been positive and didn't even know that anything was wrong! I'm glad that the precaution of testing first before anything serious happened to me or to them.
STD's have become a common occurrence, especially for college students like my friends and I. I can't always schedule or afford a doctor's appointment to check on my sexual health and the fact that a doctor-approved site like stdrapidtestkits.com is available is just so helpful for making sure that I'm keeping myself protected. If you've found this review, you've done better research than I did and you should read the previous reviews before placing an order. I placed my order 2 weeks ago and I haven't received anything but a Chinese shipping number that says my shipment was "processed through a facility". Contacting the company has gotten me "we shipped it. It will come next week" foolishness. That, however, is not true.
What's the point of ordering a rapid STD test if it takes 2 - 3 weeks... maybe a month to arrive? For all of that you might as well pay extra for a test that will be shipped with a confirmed delivery window of 2 - 3 days from the time you place your order. I have opened another service request ticket with the company to see what my options are at this point, but given the headache this has been already I'm sure I'm not going to have a proper resolution. I highly recommend you look elsewhere unless you have an eternity to wait.

Shortly after my review I was contacted by Frank, who was EXTREMELY helpful. He explained the situation and offered to resend my order via a different courier since my first order still had not arrived and I would be unable to receive the order if I had to wait much longer. As a result of my second experience I am changing my rating from a 1 to a 3. Frank definitely did all that was in his power to make the situation right. However, given that the second shipping service is much faster than the default shipping service I think there should be an option to (maybe) pay more for faster shipping.

You ordered your test kits on Sunday the 19th of January. On the 20th the order was picked up by our courier. On the 22nd the order was processed and exported in the mail center. In our shipping section on our website (https://www.stdrapidtestkits.com/shipping/), we clearly state that delivery to the US takes between 5-10 business days.

This company is a fraudulent company. They say they has shipped you're item and then they never ship it! Do not give them your money!
Hi Bill. Sorry for the bad experience. We ship all orders through EMS/UPS within 24 hours. It takes about 10 days to arrive in the US. If you go to the tracking link we sent, you probably saw 'Origin post is preparing shipment'. However, if you look under 'tracking history' you can see the actual status. This is from the USPS side and not from us. We have updated our website and communication so this is clarified during the checkout process. I am positive you have received your order.
