I just placed an order with Staples online, haven't received everything yet, turns out someone used my card and either paid bills or transferred money, two large amounts and a small, even though my bank is going to refund me, this thief im sure that works at staples got away with my money and i gotta Wait until the 11th they tell me before I see my refund, the thief didn't have to wait but I do for my own money, What A World We Live In!
I have been stuck in my house for five days. As luck would have it, I VERY MUCH need a computer part that broke three days ago. Staples.com on their website said if I ordered, I could have NEXT DAY delivery. Of course like a fool, I chose pick up in store (it's a hike by foot, but doable) to save the shipping fee. What a crock of crap! They just sent an email that delivery was DELAYED (no reason why) and it will be ready for pick up TOMORROW (and that is not what those SOBS claim on their website ["order today; pickup the next day"])! That means I have been with a broken computer for FIVE DAYS! I chose this lying unreliable store because I can walk to it. I don't like waiting and I do NOT like BROKEN promises. NEVER EVER will I shop online with these lying sacks of crap and I just may be done with their brick and mortar stores too! STAY AWAY! THEY LIE!
I used staples print chat today. I was served by Rebbeca and was blown away. She answered fast, politly, really knows her stuff, and really there to help. I'll definetly use the systen again (especially if Rebbeca's helping me). Reccommend it to everyone
I use the staples site for business supplies, it's really easy. My only gripe is that sometimes it is hard to search for items. Like if Avery color coded labels in the letter a is what I'm lo
I purchased a Microsoft wireless keyboard/mouse combo. 1 month later the keys were sticking so badly I could not use it. (used to ordering from NO HASSLE AMAZON) but thought I'd give Staples another chance --14 day return policy. Seriously? I have to deal with the Manufacturer. All I can say is HASSLE, HASSLE, HASSLE! How do they expect to compete with Amazon?
Ordered a laptop from them and it never came they're blaming it on third parties saying they'll send a replacement which is a total inconvenience to me whether I refund or wait on replacement because my funds will be tied up for 3-5 business days I don't want your laptop or your business in what world do place an order and can never track the order I've been in the clouds on where my laptop is ever since I placed the order and still haven't received it yet give me back my money before I report you guys for fraud
STAPLES may not always have the exact brand you were looking for, but if they have anything even close to it I highly recommend them just because they do business the old fashioned way --- I pay them, then send my stuff, SIMPLE, no BS, no hassle.
Back to school soon, so i ordered few school goods.
They arrived fast, but poorly packaged. The pen box was destroyed.
I mean, i can't even tell if they just sent me a refunded or used products.
Easy parking at Sunrise Store. It has a large supply of all your "one stop" paper needs. I am a free lance writer and buy all my supplies at Staples. Clerks could be a little more ambitious.
While I was in Staples at 1660 S University Drive in Fort Worth TX. Today, 2 items purchased rang up on the register at higher prices than were listed on the shelf. (SBG Solid Display Calculator and SBG Hard Floor Casters). The calculators were priced at $5.99 on the shelf and rang up as $6.99 and the castors were listed as $19.95 on the shelf and rang up as $22.99. I asked the cashier about the differences and I was told that the prices on the shelf just probably had not been updated. I asked to speak to the manager but he/she was nowhere to be found.
It is not a lot of money but the principle is WRONG.

They have a good selection of all kinds of products, but they're usually out of the good tablets that everyone wants. I got an iPad cheaper at another store than Staples.
You would think Staples being an office store would have a good online store, just the opposite it's brick and mortar stores are better. But getting competition from stores like Walmart.
We order new office supplies once a week from staples. Its so convenient to have them come and drop it off. Saves so much time on having to send someone to go pick it up
I am a frequent buyer since i have a huge office. Bought many times from Staples and they never let me down. That's why I'll always be a faithful customer.
Can find the same item cheaper somewhere else, but an absolutely excellent place to buy your canon inks and recycle them. Up to 5 per trasnaction & a great refund when you do.
I wish they would change delivery companies. Capstone Logistics sucks! Every order is a problem. I will no longer be using Staples because of this issue.
Placed my order on staples.com at 5:00pm last night. It is 2:00pm next day and it has already been delivered by UPS! Less than 24 hours! I am very happy.
Another antiquated business that needs you to create yet another marginal internet account instead of using top-level single sign on SSO providers e.g. Google, Facebook
We tried to buy a computer desk & there was none in stock & no info if they would ever receive another one, yet they wouldn't sell the display, I will not shop there, bad policy.
This service is an excellent way to get the print work you need for your business. Ink is so expensive. Using this service can save time and funds. I have been using this service for over ten years. Used for binding training booklets to flyers to business cards, all were completed as stated and finished in a professional way. Here's the savings: For a training booklet of 50 pages with colored illustrated pictures cost less than $70.00. If I had printed the same booklets at home (just black and white printing) it would have cost 4 ink cartridges at $23 per cartridge. Adding the cost of paper, not to mention the time, it would have cost close to $150. (2 cartons of paper). Plus, the cost book binding. At Staples that cost $5.00 each; still cheaper than a bindery plant, plus the savings of time. The staff is always courteous and patient enough to listen to your needs and concerns regarding your order.
At this review, the cost of color printing is higher than when I printed and bound the training booklets. The training was new for design and decorating, so it was vital that the training booklets were in color. The trainees needed to see the format and painting for faux finishing in color. As of February 2016, each color sheet printing is. 59 each. Black and white printing is. 20. All in all, if you're just starting out in your business and trying to save money, this is a viable option to your large volume printing needs. If you have a Staples reward card, you can 'earn' discounts for multiple supplies, equipment and services.
Answer: Good service at their brick and mortar store, now good service online
