Good afternoon, this email is to file a complaint against, the Delano office for poor communication, customer service and accountability. Months back my husband went in for glasses and did not find anything he liked. He was offered the opportunity to bring in preferred glasses of his choice and they would replace lenses to accommodate his medical needs. Upon bringing in his birthday gifted Gucci glasses he was given two to three week turn around time. They had him sign paperwork for the accommodations/modification to glass, but never informed if there was possible loss or damages that SO would not take any accountability. Upon multiple calls and messages left about the updates on the progress of his glasses. Delano office staff would only say that they were in customs being investigated. Several weeks continued my husband was not able to drive eventually SO offered to let him borrow some glasses. After several weeks later I continued to call with no response. I finally received a call from the office manager stating that the glasses were lost/stolen from UPS and they can't do anything about it. They offered to upgrade his prescriptions and pick any glasses of his choice. However they don't offer Gucci or designer products! And upon sending my receipt for reimbursement the office manager denied my request stating that we signed paperwork on the implications of loss or damages! That was never addressed, explained to us upon us leaving the glasses in their responsibility! I am reaching out to you to see how you can better resolve this situation rather than me having to go and leave bad reviews and persuade our small community to avoid doing business with you. We have been at various local owned optometrist and this has never happened.

I made an appointment online. They are supposedly located in Vista Ridge Mall. I tried to call and find out where they were located in the Mall. The man who answered my call wanted to confirm I had an appointment, then gave me the address to Vista Ridge Mall. I went to the Mall, walked all trough it, asked peop;e if they knew where Stanton optical was. They did not. I called the number again and once more the man wanted to confirm my appointment. I asked him if he was in the store. HELL NO. It was some moron at corporate thate probably didn't even know what state I was in. DO NOT EVEN MESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I LOST AN HOUR OF MY LIFE TRYING TO FIND THEM

I liked everything about my appointment except the cost of the glasses...my glasses have always been high but this time it was over the moon...

My daughter's eyeglasses broke last night. They literally just fell off her face! Michelle Cherry at Stanton Optical in MOBILE, AL had her in a new pair of eyeglasses within 5 min! My daughter is practically blind in her left eye, so same day glasses were our ONLY option! Thank you!

PT barnum wrote that a sucker is born every minute and two to take them. Stanton Optical at Sisk Road in Modesto took me twice. Last year they refused to complete my eye exam. Ten they sold me lenses at three times the advertised price and without tinting and scratch resistant treatment I paid for.

This year, they made me wait an hour after check in for the eye examination, then I learned the staff, except one sales person had left the building. Maybe qyou will learn from my experience of bait-and-switch advertising, shoddy product and poor customer service. Or not.

The staff, Rachel, Josh and Tom, you guys are amazing! You're definitely keeping " customer service" alive. It seems the retail industry has lost the art of customer service these days so it's a breath of fresh air doing business with you all. You've gone above and beyond for me and my husband, thank you so much! I will always get my eyewear at Stanton, WESTSIDE LOCATION ROCKS!

I would say Stanton optical is absolutely the worst by far eye care facility I have ever went to. My first appointment I started my exam and then their system went down I waited for 30 mins and it still wasn't up. The second appointment I checked in and the system was down as well. They do virtual eye appointments which is a complete joke. They didn't see if my prescription was correct before I left with contacts. When I completed everything to get my glasses and check out it took them 3 hours to process my transaction with care credit. When I was trying to contact them in regards to this I was sent to a call center in which they tried to fix your issue. They associate at the call center did not understand my problem and had me repeat it over and over to try and grasp an understanding. After I gave up on that. I called three more times and continued to receive the call center I ask to be transferred to the store to speak with someone directly they finally transferred me. The issue was not corrected that day. I had to wait a whole week to get the issue resolved and by this time I was over it I cancelled my order and went to Eyemart express it took them under an hour to do the exam and have my glasses done. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I broke my glasses so I needed to get new ones fast so I went to a place that promised same day only to find out they only do standard same day and they wanted $175 for the exam, Went to Stanton in Palm Beach Gardens Anna was great not only did I get a free eye exam and 2 pairs of glasses made but also got me a frame for my old lens I could not be happier

I had to return my glasses twice,
One, was my diabetes was high and had a bad eye diagnosis, my fault.
Two and a half weeks later my glasses came back with the left eye prescription wrong.
Three, then waiting for two weeks, contacted customer service on 9-21-23 was told it got shipped yesterday and will arrive late Friday and I can pick it up Saturday. I called today to see if it will arrive before they close and was told it was not shipped and will not arrive till 9-26-23 Tuesday bad customer service, when you google Stanton optical customer review, it says BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, DO NOT GO THERE
