I liked having the software on my desktop, but using the cloud application is easy too. Maybe easier! Cheaper than going to the Post Office, but I'd pay a little extra to avoid having to go to the Post Office!

I hate going to the post office and standing in line. Using Stamps.com, I put the correct postage on outgoing mail, and then put the mail on the box for the postman to pick up.
No fuss, no bother, and the convenience is worth the monthly fee.

My favorite part of stamps.com I'm a very small business, most of my shipping is card size with multiple weights, and I have my own mailing scales. I'm able to do my mail at my time, even middle of the night, ready for the mailman in the morning. I have saved beyond hours of time!

I came to the website trying to mail a package. I got all my information inserted and then realized the high cost. I never completed the mailing. I received a member package and called them to cancel the service. Since then I have been charged $15.99 per month for services I have never received. Be careful what you sign up for. It appears they are not part of the BBB either.

After having to deal with long lines and crazy hours at the post office Stamps.com was the perfect solution for us. I print what I need and on the pull down selection I notify the postman that I have one or several packages for pick up the next day. I wouldnt trade this convience for anything.

I am honored to have an excellent and outstanding postage software and hardware. Even when I make mistakes, stamps.com is able to refund me promptly. I have one negative thing to say, though. The cost to ship to China is totally unaffordable. Why can't we do epacket like China does? I purchased items for $10 but the shipping cost from US to China was $32.95.

I was using 3-part Multipurpose Label sheets. After putting in the labels and the code SDC-3110 and the address information, pressed print. It totally didn't print correctly, but I had to piece the stamp together in order for it to ship. Have the forms changed?
Am I stuck with 300+ forms?

Stamps.com is the best thing I have in the office, as we are not close to a post office. We do alot of mailing and it is just very convenient to get the stamps and print them off. It also saves time with packages as I can't always get to the post office to mail weighted packages..

I have used Stamps in my business since 2001. I have never had an issue that wasn't taken care of in fast order. Infact, the few times I have called in, the service rep gave me new tips I wasnt aware of.

Why do I have spend money to buy a stamp to get my refund for misprinted stamps and shipping labels. What happen to the instant refund button that credits my account over the internet. Now I have to print up return form to return misprinted labels and spend postage to send it all back to you. What's up!

Stamps.com saves me the time for having to go to the post office. Plus it saves me money because I can weigh the envelope and it will give me the exact amount of postage required to send the mail... no guestimates.

I have been a monthly customer for 12+ years. Never missed a month. I have had the same scale the whole time. I now need a new one and i have called 4 times now and been promised to get one sent to me 4 different times for 4 months now and still NO new scale? What do I have to do to get a new scale. Geez... You cant get GOOD customer service now days!

Great simple service that saves me money and allows me to print my postage, including sase window envelopes for AP purposes. Also great for large envelopes and small parciles.

It's just simple and never any hassle.

I do all of post office in my house! They are for postcards, letters, small, medium, and large packages. I am getting ready to send a letter off in international postage, it is great!

We are in the rural America and not "in town" so running into the nearest Post Office can be a hassle. Stamps provides me creative, professional printing immediately when needed.

I use stamps.com for business transactions. Being able to print postage for large and small packages and hand them straight to the mailman is amazing. I think this service is definitely going to be a game changer for USPS. NO MORE POST OFFICE!
