I love using Stamps.com. Sending out my packages is so convenient and time saving. I don't have to go all the way to the Post Office. It saves me a lot of time.
I'm angry that i used to be able to ship my packages via usps site and they had me use this site. 15.99 a month for the little I ship is absolutely ridiculous
Love my stamps, saving so much time at the post office, no need for standing in line, just use the drop box. The other great thing is the address check just to make sure the zip + 4 is correct
We are way up in age and not to have to stand in line for stamps or mailing a package makes it almost fun to mail letter and packages from home. We love this service

I HAVE ALWAYS FOUND STAMPS.COM EXTREMELY HELPFUL. I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THEM FOR 14/15 YEARS. I FIND IT CONVENIENT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM THIS WAY. I DO NOT HAVE TO STAND AT THE POST OFFICE IN LINE AND THAT CAN TAKE SOME TIME ESPECIALLY AT CHRISTMAS AND OTHER HOLIDAYS. THEY OFFER A LOT OF OPTIONS TO SUITE YOUR NEEDS.
I started using Stamps.com on a trial basis for my personal use about 5 years ago and I LOVE it! I recommend them to my friends and family all the time. Never have had a problem with it.
Very easy to use. For large envelopes and packages I just go in and buy the amount of postage need. Also for daily postage stamps the five cent discount is great.
I have done business with Stamps. Com for many years and have always got the best service. I do not own a business, I use my account for personal use.
Stamps.com is a good site and works well but the rates are extremely high for a small company. If I find a less expensive company I will switch in an instant.
Makes it a lot easier then having to run out to buy them.as I don't drive, i can sit home and just print my own, still have a lot of learning to look into.
Great for stamps. I'm having to learn how to be a postal clerk to use. Properly. I mail to organization supporters and cannot send postage due or pay too much for what I'm sending.

We just started using Stamps.com and after sending out two books we're very pleased with the convenience and the professional look of our labeling and package.
FOR TWO YEARS they managed to sneakily bill me monthly for their services by not giving me any kind of access to a billing history, an email about a monthly plan/bill etc. The way they hide this charge is by using their service and printing labels you have to add funds to your account, so whatever CC you have linked is being charged a handful of times every month, so even if you're closely checking your statements you can miss the monthly "charge" since no invoice or bill is ever actually sent. This company has managed to snake $500 in "monthly fees" from me all because I missed the fine print when signing up, and is allowed to charge customers without sending any correspondence about these monthly charges as LITERALLY EVERY MONTHY SERVICE I"VE EVER USED has.
Furthermore, they don't actually offer any unique pricing, the interface is horrendous, the site crashes every couple weeks, the customer service is horrendously slow, and completely useless. The servies they offer can be accessed for free by using the websites that offers the shipping themselves, it was very slightly convenient to have it all in one place but for $20 a month, this is a joke. Now when trying to at least close my account to prevent any further rip-off, they don't allow you to cancel it through their site. They force you to call them and I've now been on hold for 15minutes with no ETA when someone will answer. I will be contacting my credit card company now and am considering what legal actions can be taken against them.
Even if you don't have a business, Stamps.com is great to use in the home anyway.

Answer: Yes. SendPro is less expensive per month but you can only print on a printer purchased from them. Stamps.com is usable on a variety of ink jet, laser and thermal printers
Answer: Impossible I call their Customer Service line went through their answering system then put on hold, hung up after waiting 20 min. Sent a comment to the site email, got a response saying they would get back to me in a day or so.
Answer: Stamps.com might as well be called SPAMS.com Good luck trying to cancel the account. Their website directs you to follow the steps noted below in order to cancel, but the "close this account" option SIMPLY does NOT exist! It is not there! You email them and do not get anywhere. You call their phone number and they put you on hold for over 45 minutes! In the meantime, they are charging you! "In Stamps.com Online: Open the My Account drop down menu and select Manage Account. In Stamps.com Windows PC Software: Select the Account Tab. Select the Change/Cancel Plan Tab. Click close this account.
