4.5 Stars is what I wish I could give this site. I would have given five stars but they tend to be more pricy than their authorized dealers, however, they have all the products you would want in the line. I purchased their pilates which is very well made like the studio level products. They charge more so as not to compete with the vendors, but they do have infrequent sales. This site is also a great resource for stamina products and supplies. I really do love the majority of the products on this site and I know the items are really great!

Buyer beware! I purchased a mini trampoline over two weeks ago and it's not just faulty, it's dangerous. The pin will not secure in the frame, meaning it could snap in half and injure someone. I've emailed, chatted, and called trying to return the product to no avail. The people that answered the chat literally told me they can't help, that there is ONE person answering emails for problems with products and the phone/chat are just for general questions. I would never purchase from this company again.

Stamina aero pilates is a very hard company to support. If something breaks on your machine and they have decided they no longer support your machine u are out of luck. Unlike other web sites where manuals and replacement parts aredisplayed for the consumer to select, stamina feels they must protect us from ourselves and if you cannot answer your model serial number and purchase date/place. They will not sell you the part you need. I own three machines and they refused to sell me a part because they could not be assured I wouldn't use it on one of my other machines. They said I could hurt myself with the round bit of foam I wanted to purchase. If you are buying a reformer from stamina... I get it they are cheap... Keep all this info handy. Most parts like these wheels are not available to the general public.

Tip for consumers:
Retain the full lineage of the machine for the best chance at getting support. Whatever you do do not suggest you may use the part on an alternate model.

The mail I sent Stamia Products...

To STAMINA,
As I mentioned to your former team member when I called your company about the meter and mention it wasn't working and that I purchased the STAMINA 1333 PRECISION ROWER machine back in 2015 from Amazon.com.

I don't remember the representative name I spoke with but her voice sounded older, she said they were having problems with their meters and that the meter part was out of stock, and she had no idea when the part would be back in stock. I called your company every six months for years on end and was told by the same rep that the meter was still out of stock.

I waited 4 years for a new meter, finally in 2019 the meter part came in, and again this meter doesn't work. The reason I am now getting back with your company again regarding my matter is because I've been ill and my brother passed away recently, this has been a very stressful year for us all. I am not going to wait years on end for another solution nor part.

I feel your company has been unfair when it comes to replacing parts for the STAMINA 1333 PRECISION ROWER the new meter is defective as well. Now your asking me what meter part did I received. I emailed you a photo of the front & back of the meter that I received, now you tell me if it's the right one. Let me know if I received the correct meter part.

Stamia Products response... Will send you a complementary meter other than that there's nothing we can do.

I bought a $400 Stamina rowing machine to get some indoor exercise due to long winters. The first one I bought had to be returned to the store and exchanged, after a one hour long assembly, because when you tried to pull the bar it would jerk instead of a smooth pull. I should have known then this was a bad product. Then I used the second one for a few months and it started to get noisier, weird clunks when in use. During the time I was using the machine I started to use it with my 13 year old son. I would let him use the machine for 15 minutes while I stretched to get ready for my workout. I was right next to him every time he used it. One day while I was on the machine I pulled and the strap would not retract. I called the company the next day and they immediately knew it was the spring box assembly. I looked online and found a lot of people had this problem. She told me I voided the warranty when I let my son use it. I explained he was not a small child and did nothing wrong to cause the problem. It says in their manual to keep children away from the rower. It does not say an age limit for use or that it would void your warranty. I am trying to teach my son healthy habits, he did not abuse the machine at all. Then she told me the part would be my responsibility. So I said "fine, order me one." and she then let me know that they were backordered and she could not order it and I would just have to keep calling until it was available. I called a bunch of times in two months before I could get one ordered. Realizing how easily this part broke and how hard it was to get a replacement I ordered 2 of them at a cost of $35 a piece. And let me tell you it was a pain to replace. And it does not work as well as it did when I first used it. I am going to use it for a while and see how the replaced part holds up. But seeing as how I have another replacement spring box I may try to put that one in and see if it works any better. But I know one thing I will never buy a Stamina product again!

My husband and I got this water rower 6 months ago. We loved the size of the machine for our one-bedroom apartment and its performance. The honeymoon period came to end a month ago while my husband was rowing and the strap wouldn't retract all the way to its original position. I contacted Stamina right away using their online message board. I got a reply from the company - no name from the representative - asking for the serial number. After about 5 emails back and forth and no solution in sight, I gave them a call a spoke to Trish. She told me the engineers needed to take a look into this and that she would call me back. Of course, I never received a call-back. I emailed Stamina again, and this time they asked me to make a video of the machine, whether it was used for personal or commercial use, where it was stored, etc... After once again providing all the necessary information, along with this video - https://youtu.be/9JqaT-BIA0s - I got a reply telling me to put on some 3 in 1 oil. I have done this, but it has not worked.

We are extremely disappointed in the customer service being provided by Stamina. We truly liked the water rower, but Stamina does not really stand behind their "Our #1 goal is Customer Satisfaction! " motto.

Just got a very expensive piece of exercise equipment from Stamina Products. They forgot to put ANY assembly hardware in the box. When I called to try to get the nuts, bolts, screws, etc... an obnoxious and rude customer service rep hung up the phone on me. I can't review the equipment because I can't assemble it. They're gonna love the way this thing goes back in the box to return for a refund :)

They take so long to answer a simple question and when I finally receive an email from them it's not the answer to my question. How frustrating is that? If your company does not want to answer emails promptly with an answer than why even offer your email address?
