As I mentioned to your former team member when I called your company about the meter and mention it wasn't working and that I purchased the STAMINA 1333 PRECISION ROWER machine back in 2015 from Amazon.com.
I don't remember the representative name I spoke with but her voice sounded older, she said they were having problems with their meters and that the meter part was out of stock, and she had no idea when the part would be back in stock. I called your company every six months for years on end and was told by the same rep that the meter was still out of stock.
I waited 4 years for a new meter, finally in 2019 the meter part came in, and again this meter doesn't work. The reason I am now getting back with your company again regarding my matter is because I've been ill and my brother passed away recently, this has been a very stressful year for us all. I am not going to wait years on end for another solution nor part.
I feel your company has been unfair when it comes to replacing parts for the STAMINA 1333 PRECISION ROWER the new meter is defective as well. Now your asking me what meter part did I received. I emailed you a photo of the front & back of the meter that I received, now you tell me if it's the right one. Let me know if I received the correct meter part.
Stamia Products response... Will send you a complementary meter other than that there's nothing we can do.
