Never got my rebate
January 6, 2017

I was supposed to get a rebate on a purchase or Skullcandy headset I sent the regional receipt and the barcode which was requested from the rebate office and I send it through mail and they come back and tell me that I never sent the barcode that's a bunch of bull I've never had this much crime of getting a rebate all it is is just a bunch of scam Never do it again

Just read the title. I'ved worked there for about 6 months and they treat us poorly, especially the cosmetic counter girls. Honestly thats why evryone ived worked with as in right now, is quitting.

DON'T DO BUSINESS WITHA RIP OFF WEBSITE. They do not keep you updated to the status of your order. I had to search their website to find out that they canceled my order. Waited a couple days to see if that was a mistake, called and it is the worse customer service I had to deal with. Never looked into my order just said you will get your money back in three days, they held my money for ten days and counting. MOST LIKEY LOST MY MONEY. Take you hard earn money and deal with another site so you don't get ripped off!

When you go to shop at this site, you will find that it is a conglomerate of several stores (Peebles, Goodys, Bealls, Palais Royal, Stage). I believe you can type in any of these stores and they lead you to pretty much the same merchandise. I have discovered though that Bealls offers much more of a selection than the others (maybe the main store). Anyway, offered for sale; mens, womens, teens, childrens, and baby clothing with brands such as southpole, levis, chaus, union bay, sag harbor, carters etc etc ( a little something for everyone newborn to elderly. They sell shoes, (athletic, casual, dressy, boots), jewelry, perfume, makeup, some home items, think of it is asmall department store. THEY OFFER GREAT SALES, COUPONS, and much of the time LOW COST OR FREE SHIPPING. I have purchased anumber of items from this site and have never had an issue. A very nice place to shop.

My granddaughter needed a coat and was coming for a visit. I placed my order. I read that it would be delivered within 7 to 10 days. I received an email that the shipment would arrived on the 24th. It is the 31st and no update or package. I used the tracking service. Package was delivered to my area by Federal Express on the 24th. Now it needed to be delivered by the U.S. Postal Service. I emailed StageStores and called three times asking for an update. If the package is in my area, what's the hold up? Is it loss? Can I go pick it up myself? No one has provided an answer. No one has responded to my emails. And the cusomter service rep was rudely polite. You could tell she had an attitude but said the right things with a sarcastic tone. Next time, I will not place an order. My granddaughter has come and gone. I've asked for a refund. I was told that I can get one -- once my order has been received and I return it to the store. Thank you very much rudely polite, non helpful, miserable sounding customer service. Hope you are not as miserable as you sound. You must really love your job.

Placed on online order on 12/15, called on 12/16 to verify that order would be processed in a timely manner, after a 2 week long, ridiculous experience with Stage's sister-store, Bealls. The phone rep told me that the order would be processed soon, and that I would know by Sunday, 12/17, if the item was out of stock or back-ordered. I did not hear back until receiving an email on 12/19, stating that the order had been processed and shipped; delivery was scheduled for 12/20. I received the item on 12/20, only it was NOT the item that I ordered. The item page (https://www.stage.com/p/A2-by-Aerosoles-Lemonade-Boots/*******/?selectedColor=*******) CLEARLY displays Black "Faux Leather" boots. The drop-down menu for color offers only Black, Brown, and Gray. Selecting "Black," you see the faux-leather boot; description includes mention of faux-leather upper. YET, I received fabric/faux-suede boots. Same style, but NOT the material that was advertised (fraud?) and sold. After an hour of waiting, I received a call back; I think it was the same rep with whom I spoke on 12/16? She verified that the web page/my order featured an item different from what I received. She offered to process an exchange, but could not confirm that the CORRECT item would be received by 12/24. My original order was WELL before the order-by date for Christmas delivery. I requested a return shipping label. I am FINISHED with Bealls/Stage/Pebbles... whatever. Order fulfillment is RIDICULOUSLY FLAWED, and seriously reeks of fraud. Save your time, money, and frustrations... SHOP ELSEWHERE.

This is the second time ordering from this website. First purchase was wonderful and went smoothly, so when I received an email with a coupon code and an awesome sale, I decided to purchase again. I ordered 14 items totaling $85.50 on July 19th. On July 22nd, I received a shipping confirmation with 5 different tracking #'s. July 23rd, I received 2 items, July 25th I received 2 more. At this point, I'm wondering where the rest of my stuff is, sent them an email last night. No one has answered as of yet. Today, I received an email stating that 3 of my items have been cancelled due to inventory reasons, that's fine but now I have to wait for a refund for those items, because they decided to charge my card the total amount at the time of checkout. There's one more tracking # that has not arrived, I checked it and it's on it's way here but that was one of the original tracking #'s, so where the heck is the rest of my stuff. I love to shop online and believe I order from a ton of stores all the time. This site blows, don't waste your time. I am a paying customer and expect my items in a timely manner, or even occasional emails as to the status of my order would be nice. I will update as soon as I get the current shipment and see what happens with the rest of my order.

This is the first time Ive ever written a review for a business and Im only doing it because I genuinely dont want anyone else to make the mistake of ordering from Stagestores.com. I placed my order and it wasnt until half my order arrived at my house that I received an email saying the rest of my order was cancelled because they ran out of stock (something that seems to happen a lot). I told them I should have at least been notified sooner, and said I would be returning the rest since what I really wanted was what they cancelled (the rest I bought to qualify for free shipping). Customer service told me through email that the return was free and postage was already paid. Turns out, the return label in the package is NOT even an actual mailing label! Its just a receipt with a barcode for them to process their return. I cannot ship these items through a carrier with it unless I pay for it myself. I called, waited forever, they called me back, customer service was polite, and they said theyd email me a proper label. Well, nothing came. Ive emailed them back multiple times for days and days to get an actual return label and no one responds! I had a bad feeling ordering from this place because of the negative reviews, and I wish I would have listened. I did actually get my money refunded for the first item (I was a lucky one), but Im starting to doubt if Ill even get refunded for the rest (even IF I can send it back). Please, things might be cheap here, but theres a high chance you will pay for things youll never get, or that you will be stuck with things you cant return if you want to (unless you have a brick and mortar store around). This place is practically gambling. If youre still on the fence because youre thinking YOUR order wont go wrong, I thought the same thing. Please dont shop here.
