I would suggest sending it with a tracking number I'm contacting the facility you sent it through. I sent my return with the tracking number and know that they received it two months ago. Stagestores is stating that they refunded me for my return however I have never received it. I have even called them on three way with my bank to verified enough receive it. But it appears there is nothing they want to do and their customer service rep is very rude. Good luck.
