Item purchased shipped and delivered in a timely fashion. Unit arrived with minor damage to replaceable parts. SLS and/or the manufacturer responded in a professional and timely manner.
I will shop here again for future stage lighting needs.

Order process was easy
June 6, 2018

Order process was easy. Part I ordered (not a common item) was not in stock, but I was informed of that within 24 hours of order, and asked if I still wanted to proceed, which I did. Part arrived today, only about 10 days later than expected had it been "in stock" more than acceptable for my needs, overall I will be doing more business in the future.

I really like ordering my consumable lighting supplies from stagelightingstore.com because of the very nicely organized website. My recent order was very last minute and I had to have it "rushed" in order to get here in time for load-in. Besides being the most reasonably priced company the customer service is top-notch. My order always arrives as ordered and when promised!

Product was as described. Shipping was satisfactory tim frame. However, I received no response from two phone calls and an email about my order. Even after expressing concern, there was NO response. Not good customer service

Website was easy to access

Website was easy to access. Would like to see the merchandise tool bar at the top of a few more pages. Had to go back a lot to find the "search" tab.

Your shipping and handling rates are over priced. Half the amount should have been adequate.

I placed an order after hours on a Thursday for a school, hoping it would be in by the following week when we were having a tech work day. I was surprised when it showed up early Saturday morning less than 48 hours from being ordered. The product was great at a competitive price, and the service was great. Thanks SLS.

Website a bit confusing

Website a bit confusing. Only intend to buy 3 bulbs; do not think I ordered double that when I had to "Place Order".
4/11/18:
The order was correct (3 bulbs) as received, and the replacement is installed and working. Fast service, good price.

First order contained a few incorrect items. Second item I ordered did not work until I took it apart and cleaned it, then banged my hand on the side.
I have to say though, customer service corrected my incorrect order right away.

I'm a retired Theatre Technician and needed Black Wrap for a home project. I knew it existed and knew the sources to purchase and they all were more expensive than you.
I easily placed the order in my backyard, on my cell phone and didn't have to get out of the pool.

Tape arrive in about a week and no problems

Easy to orderonline

Easy to orderonline. The only drawback is that after you place the order you don't get an email confirmation or acknowledgement like most send, so I actually spent a couple of days wondering if Stage Lighting was a legit company as nothing acknowledged. Then within about 3-4 days I got shipping confirmation!

Shopping online is relatively simple. Sometimes too many subcategories to find specific items, such as lighting gel colors. I'm looking for a color, not a manufacturer. My order arrived quick and ahead of expectations. However, I never got an email confirmation of my order and wasn't entirely sure if I had properly completed the order.

Easy site to negotiate

Easy site to negotiate. Price is fare. Communication with Stagelighting on order confirmation, when items shipped, and when it was delivered excellent! Many types of lightning needs addressed on web site. My need was for landscape lighting. I had a packaging from a previously installed lamp. By matching the make and specifications it was an easy ordering process. Package received well protected and in timely manner. Good Job Stagelighting!

Customer service was outstanding

I earlier reviewed this order poorly because shipment was delayed several weeks without informing me and then I had to pay extra to get the shipment to arrive when I was home. When StageLightingStore became aware that this had happened, they refunded my entire costs. I think that this was a satisfactory response, and would shop at this site again in the future.

It is incredibly difficult to get ahold of anyone. I have called and left messages for 1) a copy of my receipt that was never emailed to me and 2) questions about sizing as well as the products they sent me were the wrong sizes and I can't use them.

This product is worse than garbage...
April 26, 2019

This product is worse than garbage...as is the bubble solution...I expected a flury of bubbles, instead I got a machine which blew barely ten bubbles over a ten minute span... I will be returning it and expecting a full refund for machine and fluid... buying these products has been the Biggest disappointment of my life with my recent divorce coming In second of worthless things I have ever done in my life.

The contact was actually Stage Lighting Store contacting me asking me if it was OK to delay my order due to an out-of-stock situation. This contact is much preferred over the usual "you'll get it when you it."
