Website was very slow in updating the order status. I thought that the order was still pending approval days after I ordered. Called customer service to discover that the part would arrive later that day. A day after I received the item, the status was finally updated to shipped.

I was worried I would not receive my purchase on time. But it did arrive. Just need to alleviate customer fears by updating the account.

I had trouble initially with the "Add To Cart" buttons not working for me. Even changed to another browser and still would add to cart. After signing up and playing with it for a while, I finally got it added.

Not very clear instructions on custom sizing for gobos. Hopefully they get my order right or contact me for clarification.

- UPDATE: GOBO worked as intended. I would make the website a little more intuitive, but otherwise no complaints.

It's usually pretty quick and easy to find what I need to get the job done. I order all my lighting equipment from SLS. It's easy to find what I need, prices are great since I'm part of a school, and shipping is fast.

A little confusing at first, but it worked. Of course, those ratings depend on how quickly the order gets here, and how complete and accurate it is. If it's complete and accurate and gets here within the stated time, yes I'll be recommending you.

Easy peasy! Got the glitter on time and boy is it beautiful! I'm experimenting with making my own glitter lava lamp (the original one was old and cloudy) and this was recommended by the YouTube guy who had wonderful tips. He is right, this stuff is wonderful. You ROCK stagelightingstore.com!

Excellent shopping experience, but many reviews have said the can arrived damaged and leaking. In our instance, the can arrived with brackets sealing it shut, so the experience was excellent. Thank you!

It would not allow me to use a promo code until I selected the shipping method but at that point it would not let me go back and put the code in. It cost me free shipping and a 10% discount. I was not happy about this

I wish I had been warned that a Size A gobo in an ETC Source 4 Ellipsoidal is the wrong size for logos. The left and right sides of the image are blurry. I spec'd the fixture in the order. I know you can't check all that in an online order but the process includes emails exchanging the artwork and confirmation. I wish the human involved would have warned me. We are not pleased with the final result.

The search seem to not want specifics when I knew the specific item I was looking for. I had to start broad then click more to narrow the search only to find all the key words the search could not locate.

StageLightingStore.com has the best prices! Their service is terrific and their customer service is the best! I've ordered from other places before, and the packaging didn't protect the gels as well. StageLightingStore.com has a better price and the packaging protects the gels. They are now our theatre group's preferred supplier.

I have made a few orders from SLS, and both were processed and shipped expeditiously. I am new to stage lighting, and don't know what I don't know. Their stock and price of Rosco gels, the speed of delivery, and the online resources have helped tremendously as I learn how to best use our conventional lighting.

The system would actually take my order. It did take my credit card number at one point, but no placed order! I had to talk to a sales associate to get the sale consumated. Seemed a little weak in the web sense.

Any time I have needed to contact the store, they have helped me determine what I need for my specific fixtures, and they have been up front with me about how long specific gobos will last based on the temperatures of my fixtures.

Finding the equipment was easy. Checking out got frustrating. (Having entered my information and clicked "continue" I had to go back and select the card/address I had entered. Somehow that wasn't clear.)

Overall this is a reliable site that has always had my packages delivered on time. Their site is easy to navigate and continent to use. Shipping costs are pricy, but they do have packages arrive at the time you pay for when you pay for 'Rush Order'.

Mostly an easy to use site. There was slight confusion when purchasing because on the page you input the billing address on it also says shipping address above it. I was disappointed that the Roscolene sheets didn't have as many colors available as the Supergel sheets.

The site is simple and easy to navigate, though the lamp by fixture section wasn't completely what I was hoping for. I have a couple of mystery fresnels without lamps and I was hoping to be able to figure out what lamps I needed by the pictures. Everything else was perfect. The shipping came faster than I figured.
