Ordered some gels and they came as expected. No issues with the product.
"Cancelled my item before it was even processed and shipped. They kept promising to refund but 4 weeks now and no still no refund. I eventually had to call my credit card and dispute the charge. "So sorry. Our sale department is still working on Dec 22 but accouting dept has left for the holiday until Jan 1st" was their latest excuse. Pathetic!"

First order contained a few incorrect items. Second item I ordered did not work until I took it apart and cleaned it, then banged my hand on the side.
I have to say though, customer service corrected my incorrect order right away.
Easy to orderonline. The only drawback is that after you place the order you don't get an email confirmation or acknowledgement like most send, so I actually spent a couple of days wondering if Stage Lighting was a legit company as nothing acknowledged. Then within about 3-4 days I got shipping confirmation!
The manufacturing of the grid components is top notch, excellent work.

I initially ordered the wrong part and only realized it when trying to implement one of the ones received. Stefan Serna was a great help to get the correct parts and return the others. This was completely my error but Stefan handled it like the customer really matters.
I placed my order on 04/16/20, got a confirmation e-mail and my credit card was charged two days later. I still have not received my order 28 days later. I have called and e-mailed customer service several times... no answer or response. My review contains one star and one finger.

I called several times to confirm an order and was charged but never got my gobos, no tracking number. And they aren't open on fridays so I can't reach them. Tomorrow I have a job but have no gobos.
Your system won't take my proper zip code. The two items I purchased could be put in a standard legal envelope, but you choose UPS and the shipping for 3 oz parts that fit in my top shirt pocket will cost nearly $13 to ship.
