I was not aware that item with batteries needed to be split and shipped separately. Accepting this, it took me three times to pay for the second shipment. I was not aware of payment issues, kept getting email reminder about package received. System should have more precise email notifications

ان تكلفة الشحن يتم حسابها بناء على أبعاد ووزن الشحنة, حيثث يتم حساب الوزن الحجمي للشحنة ومن ثم مقارنته مع الوزن الحقيقي ( الوزن الحجمي يتم حسابه من خلال ضرب ابعاد الشحنة مع بعضها ومن ثم تقسيمها على معامل الشحن 166)
ويتم حساب تكلفة الشحن بناء على القيمة الاكبر, لان هذه الطريقة هي التي يتم محاسبتنا بها من قبل شراكائنا في شركات الشحن

Hi Roy! I'm sorry you are not happy with our prices. Our carriers charge us off of dimensional weight or actual weight, whichever is higher. So if your box was large, it was charging you off of dimensional weight not your actual weight. Did you repack or consolidate multiple packages together? That brings the greatest savings. Compared to the rest of the industry our pricing is very competitive, especially since we have no membership fees, no receiving fees, 0% US sales tax, and free storage on every one of your package for 45 days. Each company has their own negotiated rates with their partner carriers, so while we do believe our pricing to be competitive, it's true that there are other options out there that may have lower carrier costs. I have trying many times to finalize the payment to ship my goods, in the last page after i enter my card data the page keeps loading for hours and hours i send an email and no one respond to me, unpleasant service at all, will never recommend it to anyone.

I see a team member responded swiftly that following Monday, so to say that nobody responded to you is simply false.

Bit peeved that I paid extra for bubble wrap and the fragile item was not put in the bubble wrap, instead the unbreakable items were wrapped in a very small piece, not worth the extra at all.

I'm very disappointed that I had to pay a minimum of $34 dollars shipping for an $8 toy in a small box. And the last shipment, you opened the actual toy box (funko) with multiple pieces and let them shift around with no protection. 'Shipped in original packaging' has never meant so little. Unfortunately I still have a package pending to this address, but I will no longer be using this service in the future.

I can see that you shipped a 1 pound package with us and paid on dimensional weight. When dimensional weight exceeds scale weight, the shipping price is calculated using the dimensional weight. This is standard for international shipments. You brought up the item value in your review, however the item value has no bearing on the actual shipping charges you will be billed, so that is irrelevant. Our customers see the most cost savings using our consolidation service with the goal of creating a shipment that is billed by the scale weight. Regarding your second point, speaking towards your shipment in July, I can see that there was no selection of the consolidation instruction made to keep the original boxes/packaging, so it would make sense for the consolidation and shipment to be handled as such. My recommendation would be to select that instruction once you've arrived at the third step in the process of arranging the shipment, if you would like to have the original boxes and packaging kept.

I googled and looked on reddit what services to use and all things said about stackry was positive. I decided to bite the bullet and just go head first into this company without any prior experience to parcel forwarding, as the original company I was ordering from did not ship directly to HK. The customer support helped rectify a problem I had and became frantic when the FedEx tracking between the original company and Stackry failed, but was actually shipping as per normal. When it did arrive at Stackry, it was immediately registered into their system, and the number "0" became a delightful "1" to my eyes on the dashboard which I was checking very often for over the week. Everything sailed smoothly afterwards but I was a little peeved that the repackaging + bubble wrap option took a total of 30 hours since selecting the option, which I found to be quite a long time. I hope they can improve on this. But beyond this, I've just finalized the shipment and an amazing thing is coming to my house over the next 2-5 days. They have a calculator too which was very accurate on how much it'd cost to ship it (Actual cost was 140 USD, the calculator I used said 135 USD), since I needed every guesstimate for such roughwork when I am completely inexperienced in shipping stuff. Overall absolutely delightful experience that feels premium in spite of their simple site design. But perhaps indeed simple is the best, right?^^
